Ferienwohnung Paris: Studio nahe dem Parc des Expositions

  Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und flexibler Vermieter. Gute Nutzung und geschmackvolle Ausstattung des kleinen Appartments. Wir fanden die Lage in einem "normalen" Wohngebiet abseits des Touristentrubels sehr angenehm. Bei hohen Außentemperaturen wird es allerdings ziemlich heiß auch im Appartment.

  Tolle kleine Wohnung. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir werden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen und auch selber beim nächsten Parisbesuch versuchen zu buchen

  Alles was zeer proper en ziet er goed uit. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de metro .De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en bereidwillig ! Een echte aanrader !!

  Las sábanas no estaban en buen estado. Estaban sin planchar y me han parecido sucias.

  The accomodation was good. A little bit smaller than expected, but it was clean and looked well. When we arrived we got a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, bread, marmelade and butter, we were very pleased with that. Thereby, our contact person was very kind and we could contact him at any moment, so this was all very pleasant.

  Very nice, very clean, very comfortable, new bathroom and shower fittings. 2 minutes from metro. A bit of a shabby entrance to main building but excellent overall.

  G. was a wonderful contact person. The apartment is small, but ALL apartments in Paris are. Lovely residential part of Paris, a short walk to the Metro and a really easy commute to Gard du Nord and the Eurostar. Would highly recommend and will be staying at this apartment again the next time we are in Paris.

  Excellent accueil, logement idéal pour une personne ou pour un couple, appartement plutôt bien communiqué et très bien équipé. Bref, je n'ai plus besoin de chercher ailleurs pour un logement à Paris.

  Appartement parfaitement conforme à la description et décoré avec goût. L acceuil chaleureux du propríétaire est à souligner!. Je recommande sans aucune réserve cette location.

  La verdad que nos quedamos alucinados con el propietario G. que nos trato fenomenal y nos dio una bienvenida perfecta a la ciudad. El apartamento para una pareja lo ideal, con su cocina para poder cocinar y el sofa cama que la verdad era muy comodo. En general nos a encantado el apartamento y la ...zona en la que estaba ubicado ya que a tan solo 5 minutos andando estaba la parada de Convention de metro o hacia el otro lado estaba la parada de Parque de Versalles asique por ubicacion estaba perfecto. No dudamos en que la siguiente vez que volvamos a Paris repetiremos alojamiento por que nos hemos ido muy satisfechos y encantados con el apartamento. 

  Excellent shower - we would rent it again on the strength of the shower alone! The apartment was clean and warm with everything we needed and the owner was very helpful and friendly, with good English.

  The apartment was amazing, a great location, very close to the metro and a lovely area. Was very clean and perfect for a short stay in Paris. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and made an effort to get us settled in despite the fact he was away. Great communication and we were really ...well looked after! Very good service. Definitely coming again!!

  Many thanks to the friendly and accommodating host! Cosy apartment in a good and quiet location. A recommendation to anyone who takes up little space and likes dining or having breakfast in a restaurant. The bed could be more convenient, since Paris is the city of love.

  A fabulous little apartment to stay in for a short visit. We were only there overnight but it was superb!

  Clean and cosy studio. Extremely friendly contact person! Only small issue was the bed: not very comfortable. Overall: an excellent place to stay!

  La verdad es que fueron unos días maravillosos en una preciosa ciudad que desconociamos y de la que nos hemos enamorado. El apartamento perfecto para una estancia corta como la que tuvimos. Muy cómodo, limpio y bonito. Lo mejor, el propietario. A la altura de la ciudad. Una persona muy amable ...que se desvivió por hacernos la estancia lo mas agradable y facilitadora posible. Un 10 por él . Cuando volvamos (que esperamos que sea pronto) volveremos a alquilar este apartamento.  

  Das apartment War super, zwar nicht zentral jedoch War man mit der Metro in ca. 15-20 Minuten am eiffelturm. Für eine städtereise ist das Apartment nur zu empfehlen. Auch V - der vermieter - War super nett und hilfsbereit, konnte super englisch und sogar ein paar Worte deutsch !
