Ferienwohnung Paris: Fewo 300m vom Parc des Expositions

  Nous avons regretté que cet appartement soit dans une résidence "appartement city", soit un hotel...

  Very comfortable and quiet. Easy link to Paris centre. Ideal for a business or tourism trip.

  REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND TIDY, THE HOST WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND, HELPED IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR SIGHTSEEING IN CENTRAL PARIS WITH EASY ACCESS TO LOCAL TRANSPORT, WHICH COULD TAKE US EVERYWHERE. WILL DEFINATELY USE THE APPARTMENT AGAIN. AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  Very clean and attracive accomodation, well equiped and located close to tram, metro and bus links. Local shops and Brasseries make for even more convenience.

  Our family stayed here for a few days in May, and felt great about the host and the apartment.

  We stayed for a week, it was a great apartment and great price, highly recommend.

  Alles Perfekt uns fehlte lediglich eine Spülmaschine!

  Wir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Die Lage bewerten wir als mittelmässig, da Sie ca 4.2 KM vom Eifelturm bzw. 5KM von der Champs Elysees entfernt liegt. Wir sind morgens hin gelaufen und abends mit dem Taxi für 18 Euro zurück, was für uns in Ordnung war. Uns war der kostenfreie Parkplatz ...wichtig. In der Tiefgarage war reichlich Platz. Achtung nicht auf dem Parkplatz links der Tiefgarage parken, das hat uns den Scheibenwischer gekostet. :( Wir sind auch mit der Vermieterin ohne französisch Kenntnisse gut zurecht gekommen. 

  Es tal como aparece en la foto, bien situado en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada, la persona de contacto amable y atententa, pero se le olvido darnos el codigo de acceso al portal del edificio y la clave del wiffi del apartamento, pero el apartamento esta muy bien

  Lovely appartment, very clean, superb location, no noise from periphique, excellent transport links, tram stop right outside, Metro and buses 5 minute walk away.Good range of shops, restaurants just round corner. Really helpful service from contact person. Fully recommend this apartment.

  Die wirklich nette Vermietern hat uns, nach Anfrage, vorab Bilder des Apartments, sowie Straßennamen und Metrostationen per E-mail geschickt wodurch wir das Apartment auf Anhieb finden konnten. Die Kommunikation fand überwiegend auf englisch statt. Das Aparment befindet sich im Gebäude eines ...Hotels (kleine Info für Nachfolgende Bewohner ;-) ). Dort angekommen, fanden wir, das Apartment wie im Internet beschrieben vor. Alles war sehr sauber und bestens eingerichtet, sodass es uns an nichts fehlte. Die nächste Metrostation ist etwa 5 min Fußweg vom Apartment entfernt und die Tramstation direkt vor dem Haus (mit welcher man den Fußweg zur Metrostation notfalls auch überbrücken kann ;-) ). Ebenso liegt der nächste Supermarkt nur etwa 5min Fußmarsch vom Apartment entfernt. Wenn man allerdings sehr auf seine Privatssphäre bedacht ist, sollte man das Apartment nur zu Zweit buchen, da es mit 4 Erwachsenen etwas eng werden könnte ;-). Aber alles in allem ist das Apartment wirklich nur weiterzuempfehlen!! 

  The apartment met our expectations. It was a clean, quiet and private residence that we enjoyed returning to at the end of the day. The location was excellent for us. It was close to public transportation, restaurants and markets. The owner of the apartment speaks French, but does have some ...understanding of English. She was courteous and prompt for our arrival and departure. The information listing the items covered by the security deposit was written in French. It would be helpful to have it available in other languages.

  apartamento in zona ottima, servitissima dai mezzi, in un cortile con giardino molto silenzioso, spazioso e ben attrezzato, proprietaria molto disponibile, se ritornassimo a paris alloggeremmo ancora li.

  Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie im Internet beschrieben, sauber und toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Paris zu erkunden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und war sofort zur Übernahme da.

  Easy walk to metro station and tram runs outside. Owner sent pictures in advance of entrance etc which helped greatly when driving in Paris traffic trying to locate correct driveway to turn into.

  Cómodo, bien resuelto pero los pasillos exteriores muy sucios, huele mal.

  Los servicios prometidos por el propietario no estaban en condiciones. Por ejemplo al tener WiFi no sólo no pudimos conectarnos a Internet sino que tampoco accedimos a ver televisión. Las camas no cuentan con sábana de arriba, sólo con edredón, lo que no da la tranquilidad de higiene a los ...usuarios. El apartamento no cuenta con aire acondicionada, lo que en estación calurosa conlleva a se tenga que dormir con las ventanas abiertas.  

All-paris-apartments:

Estimado cliente, desde Oh agradecemos y valoramos sus comentarios. El propietario confirma que hubo unos problemas con la conexión Internet y que se ofreció a reparar inmediatamente, pero, a petición del cliente, pudo hacerse solo después de la estancia. Informarle de que el aire acondicionado no hace parte del equipamiento del piso, tal y como se indica en la descripción en la página web. Por ultimo, el propietario garantiza el buen estado de la limpieza del piso que el mismo revisa personalmente. Asimismo, le recordamos que tanto el propietario como Oh nos encontramos a su disposición durante la estancia de cara a poder dar una solución inmediata a casos similares.

  Die Wohnung ist alles in allem gut, leider gab es weder Fernsehen noch Internet, da beides zu diesem Zeitpunkt defekt war. Das Hotel in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, bekommt eher ein Ausreichend. Die Flure sind alt und zum Teil dreckig, auch der äußere Eindruck der Anlage wirkt nicht sehr ...ansprechend. Sehr gut war, dass die nächste Straßenbahn nur fünfzig Meter entfernt war. Paris ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

  Très bon accueil et appartement très fonctionnel et bien décoré

  logement propre et agréable. Avoir un parking à disposition et logement à proximité du métro. Environnement calme, lorsqu'on a des enfants cela est appréciable

  The apartment is very clean and practical. We were visiting Paris with two almost adult children and even in four people, it was still acceptable size-wise. Only when preparing our meals, it felt a bit tight as the kitchen corner is really only minimalistic. But then who would want to roast a turkey... in Paris, right? Everything in the apartment was in good working condition, the Internet connection is fast and reliable. The apartment is also very quiet with windows into an inner courtyard full of grown trees. The building is part a hotel and part private apartments. The lobby and the underground carpark look rather shabby and would do with a substantial refurbishing but the apartment itself is modern and clean. The owner is very pleasant and helpful, and also timely. 

  The landlord is very kind, we have a early check-in and check-out, thank you so much for your help. The location is very easy to all spot site, there are T2 stop just at the gate of apartment, you can take one stop to transfer T3a or Metro, very convenient ? also can take T2 to another direction and... change train to Palace of Versailles. The location is in a safe community. The apartment is very clean and tidy, wi-fi is fast. If we visit Paris in the future, we will definitely stay in this apartment, very nice stay. 

  This is a small, but clean, quiet and convenient apartment, whose owner is a delight and very helpful. The buses and Metro are very close by. Bus drivers were especially helpful to us and the journey into the centre of Paris was only about 20/25 minutes. Good value and recommended, certainly for 2 people.

  The flat is small, but sufficient for short stay even for 4 adults. Flat was clean and quite well equipped (kitchen, iron, hairdryer etc). Landlady was very nice. (She was a bit late on our check-out day, so even if she note down the time, make sure you phone her in advance. And generally contact ...her by phone, as she didn't respond to any of emails I had sent). Flat is located near two metro lines and tram stop. Briefly speaking, I recommend this flat.

  Die Eigentümerin war sehr bemüht. Die Lage und der Zustand der Wohnung waren gut. Zu empfehlen wenn man mit Kindern reist.

  El apartamento es tal y como aparece en la foto. Lo mejor es lo limpio que está y lo agradable y simpática que es la dueña. Es cierto que no te encuentras en el centro-centro pero no estás nada lejos. Metro y tran al lado que te comunica con el centro en minutos. Lugar seguro y tranquilo por ...la noche. Ideal para descansar después de patear París. El parking justo debajo y sencillo aparcamiento. Sillón-cama doble comodísimo (incluso más que la propia cama de matrimonio). RECOMENDABLE  

  We had a very nice stay in this appartment. The size is fine and it is well equiped and everythng works perfect. Bet is comfortable.Thanks for the basic ingredients (salt, sugar, coffee filter left in the kitchen. The location was just perfect (close to foire de Paris) metro a few steps away to go ...to the center. Cinemas at 5 mn walk.Very nice contact with Owner mum. Earlier check in was agreed. Parking underneath was a saviour for us coming from Holland. Geat place. I recommand.

  freies Internet, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ruhige Gegend, schönes und gepflegtes Apartment, nette Vermieterin, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkplatz war sehr praktischEtwas abgelegen von Sehenswürdigkeiten Alles hat funktioniert.Zahlungsmodalitäten mit Vermieter etwas kompliziert. Keine ...Bankzahlung möglich. Nur Barzahlung. Erst mit Vermieter abmachen. 

  Heerlijk appartement, fijn op loopafstand van metrostation Porte Versailles, eigen parkeerplaats in parkeergarage ideaal. De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en heel flexibel toen wij te laat kwamen door pech onderweg.Het appartement was prima in orde, fijne douche. Keukengerei mag wat ...gemoderniseerd worden maar volstaat. Er is prima een maaltijd te bereiden. Sofabedbank kun je met twee personen slapen maar is vooral geschikt voor 'n stelletje, een ouder kind of twee kleinere kids. Het appartement ligt in een ouder hotel, wat buiten een beetje vergane glorie uitstraalt maar binnen is het prettig, met portier dag en nacht en lift is het een fijn verblijf. Bij een buitentemperatuur van 30 graden zul je een airco missen maar met 25 graden nog goed te doen.

  Rustige ligging. Betreft een appartement in een hotel. Privé parkeergarage. Deze was gratis. Appartement zag er netjes uit. Goed bed. Kinderen op een slaapbank, deze lag ook goed. Paar minuten lopen naar de metro. Om de hoek diverse restaurantjes en supermarkt.

  De contact persoon was makkelijk bereikbaar, behulpzaam en zeer gastvrij. Helaas door onze eige, beperkte, Franse taal was vergaande communicatie niet mogelijk. De inrichting van het appartement is prima. Alle noodzakelijke spullen zijn aanwezig. De slaapbank en bed zijn voor twee personen wel aan ...de kleine kant. De ligging van het appartement is centraal gelegen in de zakelijke wijk van Parijs. Het appartement is gevestigd in een hotel. Wij hebben het appartement gekozen vanwege de gunstige ligging en ons bezoek aan het EK 2016. Wij verbleven er 5 dagen. Wij kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen.
