  A very nice, well equipped apartment, close to Centre Pompidou. The owners gave some good tips which restaurant to visit.

  This is a fabulous appartment.The location is superb in that you can walk to most places.It is very easy to find,we got the bus from straight outside Gard du Nord. It is very clean and comfortable and quiet .

  A beautiful Paris apartment recently renovated so it's very modern with excellent fittings & fixtures. We loved the location as the Metro, supermarkets, restaurants & boulongeries are all so close by. S. was very easy to deal with & responds quickly to emails & to any request. They must be good... as their 3 apartments at Rue Saint Martin are occupied regularly & we will definitely stay again when we return to Paris in the future. 

  L'appartement est vraiment charmant, tout comme les propriétaires qui ont été très accueillants, à l'écoute et arrangeants. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, vous ne serez pas déçus !

  Everything was excellent.

  Eine wunderschöne, stilvolle Dachgeschoss-Maisonette-Whg direkt in Steinwurfnähe des Centre Pompidou. Wir konnten mit unseren beiden Kindern (9 12J.) große Teile vom Zentrum erlaufen. Die Vermieter sind sehr verläßlich und freundlich, alles lief zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Selbst für ...das nicht funktionierende Fernsehen wurden wir mit einer Flasche Wein getröstet. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen. 

  We'll had a verry nice time and have seen a lot of Paris. The accommodation was perfect, modern, verry clean and nice to stay there. The ownner told us a lot of things what we not or just must to do. it was very nice to speak with him, he was verry frendly.

  Ganz tolle Wohnung, super möbliert, sauber - alles wie auf den Fotos! Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar! Sehr freundliche und pünktliche Kontaktperson.

  This was birthday trip for my daughter and sister in law and we had a wonderful time in Paris. The flat was really clean, well equipped, and spacious. The owner was prompt in letting us in, and had given us excellent directions to find the place via email 3 days earlier. . . Sylvia was really ...friendly and luckily spoke alot more english than our french! The sofa bed was so comfortable, i wish i could take it home with me, We choose to have the window open so we could hear the live music from the bar opposite, but this finished before midnight, and with the window closed, was not able to be heard The location was perfect for us, really near selection of metros, loads of little bars shops two bakers for fresh breakfast croissants . . Mmmm . . . The area around the flat was pedestrianised and felt really safe, there seemed to be more locals than tourists, which added to the atmosphere We especially loved the beach along the river ( only a 10 minute walk away) and the huge screen at hotel de ville for the olympic games. I thoroughly recommend this apartment, it was not the cheapest we looked at, but was well worth spending the extra money.  

  Ein absolut empfehlenswertes, sehr sauberes Appartement in einer Top Lage. Einge Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ansonsten befinden sich mehrere Metro Stationen in der Nähe. Die Kontaktpersonen waren sehr freundlich und überaus pünktlich.

  The apartment was newly renovated and everything was very clean and new. It was great to have a clothes dryer as it was wet a couple of days we were there. The location was very handy and we walked to Notre Dame and around the latin quarter, along the Seine ( many times) to the Louvre and the ...Pompidou. We preferred the restaurants in the Latin quater to the ones near the apartment however the Patisserie down the street was great and there was a fabulous little kitchen wares shop not far away full of lots of different quirky gifts. Walking distance to Les Halles where you can catch a train or metro. all in all a great experience. wish we could have stayed longer.. 

  The front entrance was a little forbidding, but once inside the picture changed completely. No complaints at all about the apartment which was in a very old building with an interesting history. The entire building, from top to bottom, had been refurbished internally. Brand new furniture and ...fittings, and all top quality stuff. The apartment even had air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Just eight minutes walk from the Seine. Recommended for those who like 550 year-old spiral staircases. 

  Hi this apartment was perfect ( lovingly renovated) and accommodated 2 adults & 2 older kids easily with plenty of room for us all. The location was right in the centre of Georges Pompidou area, with restaurants, shops & transport all close by. We only had 4 days for sight seeing so this was ...perfect. We used the local patisserie for baguettes to make our own luches, which were scrumptious, therefore reducing our costs for food as we only ate out for dinner. The owners were very hospitable and the directions to the apartment were easy and accurate to follow. It was also very secure, needing 3 locks to get inside the apartment so we didnt hesitate leaving the kids there when we went to the Moulin Rouge show. Will definitely refer this apartment to any family or friends visiting in the future and we will definitely be back one day! 

  Tout c'est très bien passé. La réservtion, les directions pour se rendre de l'aréogare jusqu'à l'apartement, le contacte avec la personne qui devait nous rencontrer....tout était très correcte. La description de l'apartement était très fidèle à ce qui nous attendait.

  Absolut sauberes, ruhiges Appartement. Sehr ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet , wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Eine Oase der Ruhe im geschäftigen Herzen von Paris. Die Lage, gleich beim Pompidou ist einfach toll!

  Séjour très agréable dans un bel appartement tout neuf et bien décoré en duplex dans un des quartiers le plus central de Paris. La literie et les oreillers étaient très confortables et la salle de bain spacieuse. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et possèdent les 2 autres appartements de... l'immeuble, ce qui rend les parties communes et la coure quasiment privé (un luxe pour Paris). Habitué aux hôtels et hôtelier moi même, je reconnais que le rapport qualité prix est plus intéressant dans ce type d'appartement qu'en hôtellerie pure à condition que votre séjour soit égal ou supérieur à 3 jours. Seul petit hic: la facturation de 20 euros pour fournir les draps du 2ème lit mais c'est un détail. je recommanderai cet appartement, et pense y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour dans la plus belle ville du monde.   Appartamento arredato con molto gusto, pulito e in posizione ottima praticamente a due passi dal Centre Pompidou. Sicuramente da consigliare.

  Great apartment - clean, well kept and in a central location. Was slightly disappointed that they chose to paint the front door on the day we arrived and again on the day we left. It's difficult to manage 3 kids and a freshly painted door! Overall, I would recommend to friends and would consider rebooking.

  Overall great apartment - very clean, warm, comfortable, great location, easy to get to from airports, everything supplied as promised. Good surprises were - WiFi and coffee tables converted to dining tables very easily. Hosts were helpful, speak perfect English and arrived for checkout on time - ...we were in a rush for our flight. The apartment had some basic supplies when we arrives - coffee, tea, sugar etc. which, of course, we replenished before leaving. This was another helpful touch, particularly as we had just arrived from a long flight. Overall - Great! 

  You can not judge a book by it's cover and the same applies to this apartment. The entry door to this unit is behind a security gate that is located between two retail shops. It's not what you expect when you arrive from out of town; however, the apartment is wonderful. Once your beyond the gate ...it's a great location and well maintained. I was traveling with my family and we all enjoyed the property!

  Great apartment in attractive area of Paris. Very helpful and nice contactperson. Quit location (hardly any street noise), thus also suitable for families with children. Minor point of improvement: adding some lights for reading on the sofa bed would be good. Otherwise: perfect!

  Sehr nette Vermieterin, Über- und Abgabe der Wohnung waren pünktlich, die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gut.

  This accommodation has everything you could wish for and was really like a home away from home. The owners are delightful and we experienced French hospitality with a smile. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who was planning a stay in Paris Enjoy Paris just like we did, with no problems or worries.

  Perfect location, only a short walk to Notre Dame and 50 metre to the Pompidou centre. The apartment is very well equipt and the owner was very helpful and a pleasure to meet.

  We feel very lucky to have stayed at this place-it is in a fantastic location with charming restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops on your doorstep. You are also within walking distance of so many sites. The apartment itself marries the old with the new in a very sympathetic way- you will have the ...convenience of modern living in a wonderful old building that retains its cosy and traditional feel. We were a family with 2 young boys and we found there was plenty of space and very comfortable beds. We hope to return one day!  

  The apartment was even better than described on the website. The owner took care of every possible need and the renovation is fabulous. Superb location, we can't wait to return!

  The location was excellent; the flat superb! Claude and Sylvie were very welcoming. We loved that that apartment had a washing machine. The kitchen was well-equipped; there was plenty of hot water for showers. Wifi-was fantastic. The pull-out sofa bed in the living area was comfortable. We enjoyed ...opening the windows to hear the hussle and bussle of the cafes below; but once closed, we couldn't hear a thing and it was lovely and quiet. We loved Boulangerie Julien (just down the street); we explored the city on foot and by renting bikes, taking the metro (very easy) just once. We hope to return to Paris (and this same apartment!) again soon. 

  I was fantisticly clean and all new and in a great location and very safe. Would most definetly recommened to all looking for a great apartment..Also people that checked us in were very freiendly and most helpful.

  Owner very accomadating with checkin and Check out solutions. We had to get early morning return flight, so had to arrange very early check out. Which the owner made arrangement for this to happen. Apartment in excellent part of city, would return without hesitation. This apartment I would highly... recommend. Tip for Transport from Beauvais airport - we used Super Shuttle no problems 

  L'appartamento è piccolo, secondo i canoni Parigini, ma estremamente pulito, riscaldato e confortevole. Si trova praticamente di fronte al Centre Pompidou, a due passi dalla metropolitana e nelle vicinanze c'è tutto ciò che occorre durante una vacanza, compreso il respirare l'atmosfera Parigina ...DOC. Peccato i tre piani di scale, ma ne vale la pena. Consigliato!

  Fantastic location and great service by hosts. We were five ladies and we were very happy with the apartment. The shower was great, beds acceptable (upstairs beds fantastic). Very clean on arrival and we would recommend to all. The apartment met all our expectations and beyond. We were surprised of ...how little noise we heard from outside considering the lively neighbourhood. All in all - excellent! 

  First of all I would like to say a huge thank you to S, the lady who owns this apartment. She has done a fantastic job in decorating the apartment. It had everything we needed, literally a home away from home. She even thought of the little things such as adapters, torch, batteries etc. The ...apartment itself is ideally located within walking distance from many major attractions, it was clean, spacious, well-lit, the kitchen was well-stocked and S was easily contactable and replied promptly to all requests. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  Das Apartment liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt, in einem historischen Altbau, sehr aufwändig und liebevoll renoviert. War groß genug für 5-köpfige Familie, auch zum Kochen und Essen.Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, auch beim Organisieren eines Tiefgarage-Stellplatz. Definitiv eine Top-Empfehlung

  We absolutely loved this little apartment in Rue St Martin. It was exactly as we expected from the photographs and we could not fault it in anyway. It was well equipped, very clean and in a charming & beautifully renovated old building. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to ...many of the great sights & several metro stations and RER. It was also close to lots of excellent shopping & restaurants and the lovely Marais area. The owner S was so welcoming and helpful. We would recommend it to anyone. Thank you S.  

  Charming old building and the appartments have been recently renovated. Very nice decoration, all details included (5 chairs, toaster, towels,...) and very very clean. Also The owner was very helpful giving us all the explanations and very accurate with every detail. She also helped us finding a ...garage for the car, which is easy in the nearby parking garages. The same owner owns the other 2 appartments in the building, which are for 3 people max instead of 5. This can be helpful if you are a bigger group. 

  Het appartement ligt zeer centraal ten opzichte van de Centre Pompidou, Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D'orsay alles op loopafstand zelfs met kinderen. De Eiffeltoren ligt zelfs op loopafstand (45 min).Het appartement ligt in een gezellige wijk met veel betaalbare eetgelegenheden en leuke winkels. Het ...appartement heeft alles wat het nodig heeft voor een fijn verblijf in Parijs. Mooie keuken, badkamer en aparte slaapkamer.Eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zeker een aanrader voor een gezin met kinderen of een stel. Zowel per auto als openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar. 

  The location of the apartment was superb. Could not wish for anything more - the apartment was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

  Loved every aspect of this apartment, excellent location on one of the oldest streets in Paris, around the corner from the Pompidou and amazing shops, transport easily accessible and gorgeous walks to the Louvre, the Palais and more. Very secure, the entry from the set in red door to the stunning ...wooden spiral staircase with modern art adorning the walls, ensured a feeling of bright homeliness. This followed on into the apartment itself - clean and modern, no expense spared with facilities, the kitchenette had everything but a can opener! We cooked up some amazing meals here and loved the flexibility of the living/dining/sleeping space. We had three teens use this area and beds were of superb quality, easily folded away ready made for next time. Main b'room was really lovely, inspired....

  The location is great! Easy access to metro and we can walk to nearby attractions. The apartment itself is very neat and clean. The only concerns would be the 54 steps stairs. It is a little bit of workout when we carry our luggage up and down. I guess stairs with luggage is an unique experience ...when travelling Europe. Great Place to stay overall, would recommend it!  

  Recomiendo este lugar por lo completo en su equipamiento y lo cómodo. También lo recomiendo por lo amable de la persona que nos atendió, ella es ecantadora. Contesto todas nuestras preguntas, es muy puntual y el departamento esta todo ordenado muy limpio y tiene planos y mapas que ayudan ...mucho. Hay lindos lugares cerca, un supermercado a una cuadra y lugares para comer y caminar 

  Location was good, close to Notre Damm and good shopping areas, the Chatelet train station is close by. We ate in a couple of times and this was good, everything was there we needed. We were on the top floor, the building as most in France has no lift, be prepared to carry your suitcase up 3 ...flights. The bedroom was very hot, they had air conditioners but it was very loud, so if it is a hot time of year the bedroom may get hot to sleep. A good stay, very secure, and cafes bars and restaurants close by,  

  It is quite safe, in a very convenient location .

  Fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants and transport. Owners easy to deal with. Flat in immaculate, clean order. Beds comfortable. Highly recommend.

  Sehr gut gepflegtes Appartement über zwei Etagen. Trotz der sehr guten Lage mitten im Marais ist die Wohnung eine absolut ruhige Rückzugsoase. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder.

  Los propietarios son excelentes anfitriones, muy buenas personas. Nos recomendaron todo lo necesario para que tengamos una muy buena estancia. El departamento muy bueno, muy limpio y es exacto al que muestra las fotos.Quedamos muy contentos con nuestra experiencia en París!

  Super séjour.Les propriétaires sont très sympas.Le duplex est top,et l'emplacement très central,et très calme. A refaire.

  Near by Pompidou,Chatellet Metro,and surround by lots of restaurant,store,convenience store.The owner is really nice and kind. And the flat is worm and lovely.
