"pleasantly close to Metro, comfortable and in good state of maintenance.
Overall positive impression was overshadowed by contact person not showing up at check out. Not only did this lead to later than expected departure but also meant that we did not get back caution that was paid in cash. Will now follow by bank transfer but so far not received..... System of cash payments of reletively big ammounts is in my view not practical and burdensome for clients!"

"Posizione eccellente, vista sulla Tour Eiffel dalla camera e dalla cucina. Contatto gentilissimo, ci ha dato molte dritte utilissime. Pulizia buona, dotazione ottima. Peccato che manchi una tenda nella finestra della cucina e dai palazzi di fronte si veda dentro tutto l'appartamento, unico neo riscontrato. Ascensore piccolissimo ( ma stiamo parlando di una casa vecchia ) e scale strettissime."

"Il nostro soggiorno (5 persone, dal 12 al 17 agosto) é stato gradevole e confortevole. L'appartamento é delizioso, molto curato e funzionale nell'arredamento. Mancano alcuni complementi come una pentola di grandezza adeguata per 5 persone, una scopa con raccoglitore (talvolta l'aspirapolvere non va bene) e una pratica tovaglia di stoffa cerata. Ma abbiamo veramente cercato il pelo nell'uovo.
La zona é tranquilla e di notte silenziosa. Ci sono tre supermercati molto vicini e una panetteria-pasticceria proprio accanto al portone del palazzo. A 10 metri c'é una fermata di metropolitana e la Tour Eiffel dista 10 minuti di passeggiata.
La persona di contatto é stata gentilissima e disponibilissima.
Purtroppo il sogno é durato poco e siamo ripartiti con dispiacere."

"L'appartement est bien éclairée et spacieux, parfais pour 4 personnes. Salles de bains récemment rénovées, avec gout. La vue de la chambre sur la Tour Eiffel est magnifique. La terrasse fut aussi bien agréable."
