Ferienwohnung Paris: Zimmer mit Bad beim Eiffelturm

  Das Gästezimmer war in jeder Hinsicht gut: geräumig, sauber, günstig gelegen, ein freundlicher Vermieter. Es ist zu empfehlen.

  Sur votre site, vous ventez un Bed and Breakfast. Lors de notre séjour, la personne de contact nous a dit que le petit déjeûner n'était pas compris dans la location. Dans la salle de bain se trouvait une bouche d'aération qui tournait continuellement toute la nuit. Malgré cela, nous avons ...passés un excellent séjour à Paris.

  condizione del bagno pessima per quanto concerne abitabilità, forniture e condizioni igieniche. zona letto con arredamento di fortuna. porta di ingresso poco sicura. quartiere buono e appartamento non molto lontano dalla metro e ben servito. colazione non fornita. rapporto qualità prezzo scarso.

  Pas de petit déjeuner possible: ce n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce alors que ce service est attendu dans une chambre d'hôtes donc dommage ! en revanche, chambre très calme et salle de bains privée rare à Paris !

  Het was just as i expected, just a room with a clean bed, little fridge, shower whit new toothbrushes and soap towls, senseo, some Paris lecture and cityplan. The only thing i missed was a trashcan. But for a few days i can live with that. And some cleaning towls so you can clean the table if you ...spilled some wine or something. And a very kind contactperson, who invited us to drink some wine, he also explained about Paris and where to go best and where not. Also the room is near a metro station so within 10 min. you are at the Eiffel tower, without sweating or having soor legs.

  First look was not what we expected, but from that point onwards, it was THE BEST!

  Individual, charming enterieur, Refreshments and a coffee machine for free, invitation for french breafast twice although we booked overnight stay only. Very friendly hospitality. Mr.H. gave us a lot of helpful proposals for interesting places to visit. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Paris.

  Nice, very cosy apartment with excellent location and very friendly and helpful contact person. Thanks for hospitality! Those, who like more light in the room can be dissapointed - too little natural daylight in the room. The apartment is situated and the window opens to the cosy yard between two ...blocks in the first floor, but in the mornings it could be a little bit noisy - the internal doors between two blocks of flats keeps slamming.  

  Wir haben uns in dem ruhigen, liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer in freundlicher Umgebung mit guter Infrastruktur und sehr hilfsbereitem freundlichem Vermieter sehr wohl gefühlt. Anke

  Die Lage der Unterkunft läßt über dicken Staub und kaltes Wasser hinwegsehen. Ansonsten zweckmäßig im Mixstil eingerichtet. Wer pingelig ist, sollte sich nach was anderem Umsehen. Wer sich Paris anschauen will, wohnt dort genau richtig. Vor der Türe fährt ein Bus, der ab Eifelturm über Rue ...Rivoli bis Gard de Nord fährt. Metro und Tram sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt und um die Ecke Bäcker, Metzger und Café. Großes Wohnhaus mit kleinem Innenhof. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hof. In den französischen Ferien sicher ruhig. In der Straße befinden sich 3 Schulen.  

  The "pro": location, excellent host abilities, new bathroom, plenty of towels, some refreshments, separate bathroom, food store across the street. The "con": smeeeely room, unfinished floor (could not step on bare foot), old furniture, old rug, poor security (ground floor window secured by a blind set of old wooden doors secured only with a hook).

  Perfecto sitio para empezar a descubrir París. En la misma calle los martes un mercado de fruta. Salir a la calle y tener de fondo la Torre Effiel es un lujazo. Perfect place to discover Paris. On tuesdays nice market in the street. Get aout from the room and see the Torre Effiel in the same street is just amazing!

  Camera molto simpatica con camino, parquet e altro mobilio antico....

  Joli cadre, mobilier d'antiquaire, salle d'eau neuve et bien aménagée, emplacement donnant sur une cour intérieure petite mais arborée, d'un calme remarquable à Paris. Minibar, machine à café Senseo. Accueil très sympathique. Situé dans un quartier agréable, calme mais animé, populaire ...et très parisien (commerces, marché, restaurants nombreux, petits bistrots,...) , à 2 pas de la Tour Eiffel et en métro à proximité de tout. A conseiller aux touristes qui veulent avoir une idée du vrai Paris. 

  The accomodation was fine, though could be a little cleaner. A lot of dust, which is not so nice for someone who has allergic problems in spring. Nevertheless, we had an okay stay.

  The apartment was very nice. There was even a mini-ref even if it wasn't in the original description. The host was very helpful and welcoming. The only drawback is that the metro was a bit further than we had expected. But all in all, I'd recommend this apartment.

  Il sig. Richard (proprietario) è stato molto gentile e cortese con noi. La posizione non è rumorosa, ma molto tranquilla a 200-300 mt dalla fermata metro. Stanza piccola ma pulita con bagno nuovo, va benissimo per una coppia. Indicazioni ok per arrivare all'appartamento anche se sono convinta di ...averne chiesto un altro. Sul sito vi era la foto di un altro appartamento. A disposizione per eventunali chiarimenti. Cordiali saluti. 

  The apartment was quaint and refreshing. It is located close to the Metro station and a brisk walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are numerous restaurants and bakeries located nearby. Also, Mr. H was very helpful with us in deciding where to go and what Metro lines to take. Overall, the room is ...small, but full of character. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.  

  we had a wonderful stay in Paris, if we come again we'd definitely stay in this apartment, it was like a home from home, Richard is lovely, we couldn't have asked for more.

  IN GENERALE OTTIMO, SOLO UN PAIO DI COSE: 1. SERVIZI IGIENICI (WATER) DA SISTEMARE 2. NO ACQUA CALDA LA MATTINA DELLA PARTENZA (ALLE UNDICI IMPOSSIBILE FARE UNA DOCCIA)

  Die Unterkunft reicht für jeden der keine ansprüche stellt. Tv, Klo und Dusche war ja vorhanden, Was will man mehr??? Der Kontakt war einfach und ohne Probleme.

  Das Apartment ist absolut perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Paris. Hübsche Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung (Kaffeepadmaschine, kleiner Kühlschrank), sehr saubere Unterkunft und ein ganz lieber Vermieter. Das Zimmer liegt im Hinterhaus, also auch absolut ruhig. Das Apartment liegt verkehrsgünstig... (ca. 5 Min zur Metro, die direkt ins Zentrum fährt) und man hat jede Menge Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Total zu Empfehlen, wir werden wiederkommen!!!

  the studio is in a nice location, close to Eiffel Tower if you don't mind walking, you will arrive there in like 30-40 mins, but you also have a bus close-by and it takes you to the tower and main train station with 1.40 euros....also, there is a RER station that takes you to Versailles in like 20 ...mins...nice location as for the actual place, it is a bit outdated, it could use a little bit of improvement...the only modern part is the bathroom....overall accommodation is acceptable, quiet and accessible 

  3 sur 10 La chambre louée etait sale ,la lunette du Wc n'était pas fixée correctement ( c'était trés inconfortable )de plus elle s'est complétement désolidarisée du wc avant la fin du séjour,Le jour de l'arrivée j'ai signifié ce pb au propriétaire il n a pas daigné regarder le ...problème.J'ai demandé une facture le jour de mon arrivée et je n'ai toujours rien.la literie en trés mauvais état.

  The owners of the appartment are great. However, the location is not ideal in our opinion(quite a walk to the metro and at the end of the metroline). The appartment was small but fine, but the matras was horrible and there came stranger into our appartment in the middle of the night. I suppose it ...was a mistake (I think it was a friend of the owners) but not very pleasant. Sad to say we would not stay here again, despite of the friendly and hospitable owners.

  Very Spacious room and modern bathroom! Friendly and welcoming host. Location was great - 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. A small complaint would be that there was no hairdryer and the TV didn't work. Though overall a great place to stay.

  Die Wohnung ist für kurze Aufenthalte in Ordnung. Mir persönlich hat die altmodische Einrichtung nicht so gut gefallen und das Bett war unbequem. Aber im Grossen und Ganzen war ich zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung war dafür optimal, der Bus fuhr direkt vor der Haustür und die Metro war in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

  Alles war gut gelaufen, ich war zufrieden.

  Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Es war nur ein bisschen staubig. Dafür könnte die Lage nicht besser sein.

  10 sur 10 - Tout était excellent! L'endroit, la chambre, le propriétaire. En seulement trois jours nous avons pu visiter tous ce que nous voulions voir de Paris grâce à la location de l'appartement. Très silencieux, un frigidaire inclus (suprise) spacieux, belle petite cours intérieur, une vue... de la tour eiffel de la rue et bien des commerces à courte distance à pieds. La salle de bain est très propre et pratique, rien à redire la dessus. Un gros 10 sur 10 pour ce logement! :)

  Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und die Lage nicht zu touristisch. Insgesamt alles sehr positiv.

  It was a lovely garden room with good bathroom facilities. My only comment would be the inclusion of a small microwave and also english speaking channels on the TV would be a bonus. The hosts were absolutely charming and very welcoming and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here.

  Die Pension ist noch einigermaßen zentral mit 3 Minuten zur nächsten Metro. Die Lage zu einem Innenhof ist ideal ruhig. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Es verfügt sogar über einen eigenen Eingang. Die Unterkunft kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

  My husband and I enjoyed our appartment and our host very much. We were welcomed and felt at home. The owner really added a personal touch to our stay by being very welcoming and helpful. We will recommend 183 rue de St. Charles to our friends and family and hope to come back in the future. S J

  El alojamiento nos ha parecido estupendo. La habitación era muy acogedora, amplia, y con acceso directo. El baño, aunque pequeño, era nuevo, funcional y práctico. Nos encontramos todo en perfecto estado y muy limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, a un paseo de la torre Eiffel y muy cerca del rer ...que lleva a Versailles, del tranvía y del metro. El casero era una persona muy simpática y agradable. Tuvimos una acogida muy buena. Es un sitio ideal para pasar unos días en París en un barrio tranquilo y en un sitio con calidad/precio bastante bueno, además de poder sumergirte un poco más en la vida parisina. 

  Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Sehr französisch! Mit Kamin und tollem modernen Bad. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Man kann ihn bei allen Schwierigkeiten kontaktieren und er hilft einem immer.

  Excellent for the price, it was my girlfriends 21st and i asked for bottle of cold rose in the room on arrival. when i asked him how much i owed him for the wine he told me not to worry as it was her birthday. Good host and would reccomend the apartment to anyone, long or short stay. oh and ...perfect location. not in the middle and not to far from central paris 

  This apartment has an excellent location with many great amenities close by. Richard was very helpful and the room was as expected. Very quiet, clean and serviceable we would stay here again for sure.

  Wir waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden und würden bei der nächsten Reise nach Paris wieder hier wohnen wollen. So fanden wir auch die Lage sehr gut, mit kurzem Weg zur Metro, Supermarkt und Restaurant. Sehr zufrieden waren wir mit dem Service unseres Vermieters, Herrn R.   L'alloggio di R. H. è quanto di meglio avessimo potuto trovare a Parigi, in rapporto qualità prezzo! La stanza è abitabile e di buon gusto, pulita e confortevole. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, con un mini frigo e la televisione, situata in un palazzo molto tranquillo. Il bagno è piccolo ma ...ha una doccia piuttosto grande. L'alloggio si trova al piano terra, separato dal resto della casa che si trova invece al primo piano. Di R., il proprietario, abbiamo apprezzato l'ospitalità e sopratutto la discerzione nei confronti dei suoi ospiti. Ci teniamo a sottolineare che la stanza è stata occupata da me e mia sorella, due ragazze. Per questo motivo siamo partite con qualche riserva, ma ci sentiamo di tranquillizare tutte le ragazze che decidono di partire e magari temono di scegliere un alloggio di un uomo: R. è una persona davvero gentile, onesta e discreta. Consigliamo a tutte le persone che vogliono visitare Parigi spendendo poco di scegliere questo appartamento! E' facilmente raggiungibile in metropolitana e si trova a un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla Tour Eiffel. Buon soggiorno a tutti! 

  the owner was very friendly and helpful. He immediately give an orientation on our arrival to his apartment, and invite us for a breakfast on the second morning. Location was good as we have the bus stop about 50 meters away. The underground link was a bit further away about 1km.

  Das Apartement war super, in perfekter Lage und sehr sauber. Die Vernittlung zu Herr H klappte problemlos. Vor Ort lud er zu einem gemeinsamen Frühstück ein, bei dem er alles Wissenswerte erzählte und Tipps zur Stadtbesichtigung gab. Diese Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen!

  The apartment and person of contact were very good. The train station was a bit far but there was a bus stop very close

  The room was very nice, clean and warm. A very French style accomodation, indipendent from the owner's one and close to metro stations. Outside the building all kind of shops and an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower. Mr. H. is very kind and carefull to his guests. He prepared all necessary to have coffee and tea in the room.

  Es war alles wunderbar. Die Lage war sehr gut und die Vermieterin nett.

  Der Boden war ein bisschen klebrig und die Möbel etwas abgenutzt. Dafür war jedoch der Gastgeber sehr herzlich, das hat es wett gemacht. Wir haben uns wirklich wie in Paris gefühlt.

  die unterkunft war top.es war sauber und typisch französisch eingerichtet.alles da was man braucht. die lage ist perfekt,wenn man das haus verlässt blickt man sofort auf den eifelturm. 5 min fußweg bis zur metro. einkaufsmöglichkeiten, bäcker und restaurants direkt vor der tür. dadurch dass ...das zimmer zum innenhof hinausgeht ist es aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. der vermieter war sehr nett,hat uns bei einem frühstück tipps für unseren trip gegeben. mit der verständigung gibt es auch keine probleme auf englisch,zur not hilft ein übersetzer ;)außerdem wohnt er direkt über der wohnung,falls es probleme oder fragen gibt ist er da.aber wir mussten dies nicht in anspruch nehmen,alles war perfekt :)

  Schönes Zimmer und sauber aber etwasauch etwas gelebt. Die beiden Vermieterwaren sehr freundlich - Empfangskaffee am nächsten Morgen und ein paar Getränke im Kühlschrank alles for free.

  i highly recommend this B&B. The room is lovely - the pictures don't do it justice. The room is also quiet as it faces into a courtyard (so of course no view but that wasn't a problem for us). The bathroom, while small, is brand new and water pressure is great. There are plenty of towels, hairdryer ...and some toiletries. The metro stop Lourmel is just a few minutes walk, and in Zone 1. The room has it's own entrance, and the owners are on a different floor all together, so privacy and freedom are ensured. The owners were extremely helpful, very nice and always available. Very comfortable, could have easily stayed longer. 

  Alles so, wie es auf der Internetseite angegeben wurde. Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung. Wer es franz.-rustikal mag, der ist hier genau richtig! Anbindungen zur Innenstadt sind gut zu erreichen (Metrobahn o. Bus). Kontaktperson und Eigentümer sind sehr nett und freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Danke für die schönen drei Tage!!!

  Der Aufenthalt in dem Apartment war echt super! Es ist zentral gelegen (nahe Eifelturm), trotzdem in einer relativ ruhigen Umgebung mit vielen Geschäften sowie typischen, französischen Bars in dem Viertel. Außerdem hat man eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Kühlschrank im geschmackvoll eingerichtet ...Zimmer. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr zuverkommend und begrüßt einen mit einem informativen Frühstück am ersten Morgen nach der Ankunft. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

  Sehr gute Lage, super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Zimmer ist gut, sauber und sehr ruhig, alles so wie beschrieben. Waren super zufrieden mit allem.

  Excellent directions and communication before arriving. A good quiet room on the ground floor with a good quality shower and a very very comfortable bed. About 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Less than 5 minutes to metro station. We walked all the way from Louvre back by the river and via Eiffel tower. All in all I'd recommend.

  Französisch, praktisch, gut. Das kleine, aber dennoch sehr französische Zimmer ist für einen Paris Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend, schließlich will man ja auch was von der Stadt sehen. Was auch auf Grund der Lage sehr schnell geschieht. In nur 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Eifelturm und somit ...auch im Zentrum des Geschehens. Die große Hauptstraße vor der Tür bietet sowohl morgens, als auch abends eine gute Möglichkeit zum Dinieren und etwas Alltagsflair zu schnuppern. Bars, kleine Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und natürlich auch die herrlichen Brasserien sind in direkten Nähe. 

  Easy enough to find when using public transport. Good location, not far from the Eiffel Tower and other main landmarks. The surrounding area also seemed very nice and safe.

  Shower room and WC modernised and very good. Standard double bed.King size would have been much better. At the risk of sounding cheeky - would suggest every item of furniture and furnishings be binned. A few tins of emulsion and glass paint along with some simple items of furniture would greatly ...enhance this apartment. Location ideal. 42 bus outside to all directions that you would want to visit. Metro nearby where you can purchase Paris visitor tickets (1,2,3day etc) Ticket valid on buses/metro/funicular up to Sacre Coure. Bit confused about whether this booking was BB or not B&B. Owner (who stayed in flat upstairs) invited to breakfast with him first morning at 9am. As nothing mentioned we attended same time next morning and owner has just got out of bed. Left and went to McDonalds All straightforward and info re how to get from CDG to Paris central very helpful 

  The apartment was in excellent location , R the owner was amazing person, but there's no breakfast served when we booked was suppose to have, so this was a little problem for us , but the street was full of restaurants and cafes very nice location . If there a microwaves will be very helpful to ...everyone. There's a bus stop near the main entrance that it's very hand to go to Eiffel Tower and others sights. But if I comeback I will book again this location !!!  

  Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit von der U-Bahnstation, in einen ruhigen Viertel und sehr nett eingerichtet. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sogar am nächsten Tag zum Frühstück eingeladen.

  Tiut d'abord nous ne savions ou il ete situé et nous avons ete tres agreaboement surpris. Un quartier tres simosrhique. Un proprietaire qui nous as attendu tres tard a la reseption. Chambre a caractére tres propre et tres calme . Super simpa a deux pas de tous... genial.

  rovinato da questa specie di tugurio in cui ho cercato di riposare. l appartamento in un portone datato per arrivarci bisogna attraversare un cortile dismesso e buio pesto la porta del tugurio di legno senza nessuna sicurezza, l appartamento e un buco al piano terra maleodorante dove nulla e a ...norma, polvere ovunque , armadio con dentro piatti e posate sfuse senza nessuna norma igienica, all interno pantofole usa e getta usate chissa per quanti anni di un colore indefinibile, sotto il letto polvere ed oggetti lasciati li da anni,

  The apartment was very sweet and comfortable, we were welcomed warmly and felt very at home. 100% would recommend.

  Walking distance of the eifel tower. Location near center but quiet. We had a plessant stay Owner is flexibel with time of arrival and time to leave.

  Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nel fornirci indicazioni su come arrivare all'appartamento, nel mostrarci la camera, nel darci informazioni su Parigi. Per quanto riguarda la struttura mi aspettavo una camera più grande e più pulita (pavimento e soffitto soprattutto). Comunque è stata una bella vacanza e Parigi è veramente un'ottima città!

  Sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Eigentümer. Gibt schnell und zuverlässig Informationen und Ratschläge. Würde dort immer wieder übernachten.

  Vorrei sottolineare l'estrema disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari: presentatasi una situazione di emergenza (volo annullato) ho trovato in loro suggerimenti ed aiuto per risolvere il problema. Sono stati davvero preziosi.

  Più che un appartamento si trattava di una stanza da letto matrimoniale con annesso il bagno, piccolo ma funzionale, ben pulito e messo a nuovo. La stanza molto spaziosa, fornita di macchinetta per il caffè, si trova al piano terra di un palazzo molto tranquillo avente anche un cortile interno sul... quale affaccia la stanza. Il quartiere è in una zona molto piacevole da vivere, fornita di tutti i negozi di primaria necessità quali supermercati, panifici, farmacie, tabacchi, fruttivendolo....e ancora fantastiche pasticcerie e bar, locali per pranzare e cenare a prezzi contenuti. Inoltre, metropolitana vicinissima da raggiungere a piedi e possibilità di arrivare anche alla Torre Eiffel con una passeggiata di circa 15/20min. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo ad un prezzo vantaggioso. Da rifare! 

  Dit appartement is perfect voor een citytrip voor twee personen. Het ligt dicht bij de Eiffeltoren en bij de metro. De buurt is heel leuk, met verschillende bakkertjes, supermarkten en leuke restaurantjes. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aan vrienden en familie aanraden.

  Super accueil de la part de Mr h et Mr o, emplacement parfait avec commerces et restaurant, prêt des transports. Appartement agréable vu sur une très jolie cour avec plein de plantes. Bon rapport qualite prix. A refaire et recommander.

  The room was clean and quite satisfactory for a short visit. It was good being in a more residential area rather than a touristic one. Good close restaurants, metro convenient and owner was helpful and friendly. Would consider again.

  Een heerlijk rustige, gezellige kamer met een goed twee persoonsbed.R. is een prettige rustige gastheer met oog voor detail en servicegericht. Makkelijke ligging tov de metro: Lourmel en ..in de straat zicht op de Eifeltoren !! Half uur lopen er naar toe. ZEER voor herhaling vatbaar ! Erg tevreden dus.

  Das absolut BESTE war das Bett. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen.

  R es una excelente persona; su pareja igual. Es gente amable y muy servicial. Las 4 noches que pasamos estuvieron geniales. Muchas gracias. El trato de nuestro casero y lo cerca de todo. Sencillamente genial.
