Ferienwohnung Paris: Fewo in der Nähe vom Louvre

  Lo mejor la ubicación, el apartamento impecable, un detalle el telefono gratuito.

  El alojamiento ha sido perfecto, con todo tipo de comodidades. Ideal para parejas. La única pega que hemos encontrado ha sido el agua de la ducha, que no conseguíamos regular la temperatura pero por lo demás perfecto. Tiene acceso wifi y se pueden hacer todas las llamadas de teléfono que quieras... siempre que sea a teléfonos fijos. Además esta muy bien ubicado para conocer gran parte de la ciudad dando un paseo. Tenemos claro que si volvemos a paris nos gustaría alojarnos en este mismo apartamento. Ya lo estamos recomendando a amigos y familiares. 

  Molto ben posizionato, dimensioni e dotazioni corrispondenti alle nostre necessità. A mio avviso buon rapporto costo-qualità. Nonostante la localizzazione in una strada pedonale, anche al terzo piano arriva il rumore del traffico di rue Sebastopole: rumore che è molto scarso di notte, ma di giorno è meglio tenere le finestre chiuse.

  En effet il y avait un problème de température de l'eau dans la salle de bain, ce qui nous fait passé du chaud au froid en un rien de temps. Sinon, tout s'est bien passé.

  Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Ideale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Bäcker gleich unten... diverse Supermärkte um die Ecke. Nahe an dem schönen Marais-Viertel. Die nahe ...Hauptstraße ist laut, so dass man sich nur bei geschlossenem Fenster aufhalten kann. Die Angabe "Fußgängerzone" entspricht nur der halben Wahrheit. 

  Everything was excellent!

  Met smaak en gevoel voor sfeer ingericht; alles is er aanwezig; op een mooie centrale plek in hartje Parijs; met vriendelijke eigenaren die ook met je willen meedenken! Kortom: top!!!

  Such a cute apartment! We really enjoyed our stay here - great location, newly renovated and everything was in great order. The only thing I would suggest is for the price you pay, it would have been nice to have soap, shampoo and teabags/coffee as a nice touch. Great restaurants/cafes in the area ...and I highly recommend the Thai restaurant next door to the apartment. We thought it was the best Thai food we have ever experienced. We will definitely be back!

  Le logement est très confortable et très propre, donc excellent. La situation géographique est super. Le seul inconvénient était le bruit la nuit car l'appartement est situé juste au dessus d'un local "Black Dog" fréquenté par des jeunes qui se rassemblent devant le local juste en dessous ...des fenêtres et qu'ils restent assez bruyant jusqu'à 4 heure du matin. Donc l'appartement n'est pas recommandé aux personnes qui veulent se reposer et surtout bien dormir.

  The apartment was attractive, comfortable, well supplied and convenient. The only negative was the noise levels from the street outside where people gathered until late.

  El alojamiento resultó como deseabamos y esperabamos. Fue lo que buscamos, en todos los aspectos, cuando desidimos ir a Paris a pasar unas vacaciones. Comodo, completo en su equipamiento, mejor ubicado para nuestras necesidades imposible. Salvo los inconvenientes, totalmente subsanabes, por el ...mantenimiento en las circulaciones verticales del edificio, ningun comentario encontra. Totalmente recomendable, con correctisima y amable atención, de todas las partes.

  Très bel appartement, la cuisine très exiguë, il faut attendre que la plaque chauffante refroidisse afin de faire la vaisselle.

  L'apartament és tal com es veu a la pàgina web. El millor és la seva situació, tan cèntrica que permet aprofitar molt el temps en estades curtes. Per a estades més llargues, la cuina és massa petita. El llit és còmode, la calefacció i l'aigua calenta funcionen perfectament, i el tracte de ...la propietària i de la noia que es cuida del manteniment és molt amable, amb molt bona predisposició per a ajudar. 

  The appartment was well located in a pedestrian area. Several shops, bars (#s irish pub, #s jazz clubs) and restaurants around the corner. Metro @ 250 m and walk to notre dame or Louvre. Bed is a bit short for me (1.90m for my 1.97m) and on the 4th floor above a metal bar. You don't hear the music,... but some sounds from people smoking and talking outside. Very flexible check in and out times, free wifi. We will happily visit again.

  La ubicación del estudio es muy buena, cerca de la estación de metro de Chatelet les halles, muy céntrico y muy bien comunicado con los aeropuertos. El estudio en sí bien, muy limpio y silencioso. Supermercado de Carrefour en frente del edificio, y panadería al lado. El trato con la persona ...responsable del estudio muy bueno. Lo recomiendo y personalmente volvería a alojarme en el mismo lugar. 

  Ideal gelegene Ferienwohnung. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

  L'appartamento è accogliente e confortevole, al centro di Parigi ma al tempo stesso silenzioso: il quarto piano (con ascensore) e i doppi vetri isolano dai rumori della animata zona pedonale, ricca di locali, bistrot, negozi. A poche decine di metri c'è la metropolitana, diverse fermate dei bus, ...la Senna con il batobus. A piedi si raggiunge comodamente il Louvre, Notre Dame, il Centre Pompidou. L è stata molto gentile, così come la sig.ra M, che ci ha accolto nell'appartamento, adattandosi ai nostri orari di arrivo e di partenza. Torneremo sicuramente: ci siamo sentiti a casa e abbiamo trascorso una settimana splendida. 

  the apartment was great. area was perfect. the owner was great. the place was clean and smelt lovely. I was a bit worried about the possible noise from the street below. Have to say it was not bad, its in the middle of a city so it was not dead silent but was not bad and did not disturb any sleep.

  Hemos quedado realmente satisfechos con toda la información por parte de la persona de contacto sobre el apartamento, las comodidades, los transportes, los elementos de interés.

  Very cosy, comfortable and practical apartment. Lilian the owner is extremely kind, flexible and helpfull and is always available for any question or request. The apartment is absolutely sound proof with the windows closed and with the windows open you can enjoy the sunshine as if on a roof terrace.... Everything you could need is available (airco/hairdryer/practical and cosy lights/comfortable bed, linnen/kitchen appliences/comfortable seating). Location is superbe! Very enjoyable neighbourhood.
