"We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would also recommend it to others, but would not give it a perfect rating for several reasons. The kitchen was too sparingly equipped. It was possible to cook some meals there, and the fridge and two burner stove worked well, but it could have been easier. We were instructed to be quiet because of the woman who lived downstairs. We tried, but still received complaints. Especially the doors closed noisily, which was impossible for the children. It was under the roof and got quite hot on the sunny days. It was in the 'red light' district, which didn't bother us directly, but made us a bit uneasily about letting the children out by themselves. A second set of keys would have been helpful, as we did divide up on some days.
Now for the good things. It was very clean. The hot water for the showers and sink worked perfectly. There were two wonderful little balconies with lovely views. The large bed was comfortable and sturdy. (I didn't try the sleeping sofa.) The was lots of room for the four of us. We could get very easily to some places, by foot, or with the metro just 2 minutes away. Versailles was difficult. The owner was very friendly and punctual, spoke english well. And a good price in comparison to other apartments in the city."

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für Spaziergänge in Montmartre, die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ebenso. Der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich, zuverlässig und flexibel."

"A very nice appartment, in a nice neighbourhood, near 2 metro stations and a choice of restaurants, markets, and stores. The fact of being in a 6th floor makes it very quiet and far from the street noise, but you should be prepared to climb the stairs. The contact person was very kind and everything went as expected. We would definitelly rent it again."

Bemerkungen:
"Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock und leider gibt es keinen Aufzug. Allerdings war dies auch so angegeben. Man wird allerdings durch einen schönen Blick über ganz Paris inklusive Eiffelturm belohnt.
Das Viertel ist sehr schön, und es gibt eine Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im unmittelbaren Umfeld.
Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

"Easy to book - made the mistake of not reading description thoroughly so had a 6th floor apt with no lift - that was hard after long days at work at the exhibition we were in Paris for. Otherwise everything was good, clean flat, with all the basics needed to be comfortable, plenty of bedding. The area of the old town was a short walk with plenty of good restaurants. "

"Overall, this apartment proved an excellent stay in Paris-- location convenient, clean spacious (for Paris) 1BR apartment, and a totally stunning view from the balcony.
Small quibbles:
1) there is only one key for the apartment, so I had to co-ordinate with my share buddy about that;
2) plastic wine glasses in the kitchen-- we ended up buying some ourselves that were left for future guests.
Otherwise a fantastic stay.
The owner was most friendly. "
