Ferienwohnung Paris: Fewo mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm

  Appartement pas propre et lit vraiment petit.

  The bed is definitely too narrow for two people. The bathroom is tiny.

  Great Location, right next to the metro stop and a 10 minute walk from the eiffell tower! Fantastic. Spacious and airy. We live in London so I was pleasantly surprised by the space. No TV, we bought one for the stay (90 euros from FNAC). And no internet, no wifi available to pay-as-you-go ...either. I got free internet at McDonalds just up the street. The bed is a fraction small but we were used to it in a night. If you are big it might be a bit hard. Contact person was friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. 

  The flat is perfect, what you see in the pictures you have! It was equipped with all you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The position is Excelent.. IN FRONT of Metro station (Dupleix) and the zone during the day and in the night is very quiet. When you go to bed, you close your eyes with... the sight of the Eiffel Tower from the window.. fantastic! The Owner was very very friendly and helpful with us for everything. About the Deposit, I had to leave the flat very early in the morning, cause my flight, and the Owner gave back the money with bank-transfer in 3 days. I really advice to book the flat.   The flat is cozy and big enough for 2 persons. The placement is very central. Thank you very much for the great time in Paris. Everithing was perfect!

  Logement a peu de confort, besoin d'amelioration a l'interieur. Peintures, salle de bain trop petite.

  Landlady is friendly, Shower and toilet ist really tiny (ca. 2 m² in total). Very simple furniture, bed to small for 2 people and to short for 1,70m-person, goos location, quiet backyard, no traffic noise.Still no rubish bags and no wine glasses (no lessons learned from previous appraisals, Shower ...head does not fit slidebar. Some small and really chaep improvements could be done if wanted

  Die Wohnung war sauber und funktionell. Die Toilette ist zwar ein bisschen klein, aber sonst ist nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist optimal, die Metro befindet sich direkt gegenüber.

  This is a lovley studio, compact, bright and clean. It is in a great location, close to the heart of the city with easy access to public transport. Lots of cafes, shops and services close by and Starbucks with wifi. N. was very helpful and what a treat to go to sleep with the Eiffel Tower out the window. Highly recomment it.

  Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist einfach, aber zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Für einen Aufenthalt von bis zu einer Woche ist das Bad ausreichend - jedoch sehr eng. Da das Appartement zum Innenhof orientiert ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Darüber hinaus hat man stets die Spitze des ...Eiffelturms im Blick - auch keine Selbstverstänlichkeit. Ein Bäcker befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. OG, so daß man einigermaßen mobil sein sollte, da es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Fazit: Gerne wieder. 

  Apartement ist very nice, has an excellent view (the Eiffeltower!) and excellent metro access. There's a bakery in the house an lots of supermakets as well as a farmer's market just around the house. The interior desgin of the apartement is nice, too. We felt immediately at home. The bathroom is tiny but totally okay if you are on vacation.

  We liked the apartment very much!!! Everything was very clean and the inventory had everything we needed to make ourselves at home in Paris. We didn't go to restaurants at all, but cooked in the apartment. At night you can see the light show of the Eiffel Tower. That was very pretty and you can ...take a walk to the Champs de Mars and sit in the park with a bottle of French wine =) On Sundays there is an market directly in front of the place, where you can find delicious French specialties.  

  It was amazing to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment, it is walking distance from many of the main tourist sites, there are two metro stations nearby as well as a vibrant restaurant strip.

  Le quartier est plein de restaurants et de magasins avec une pharmacie au coin. Le lundi et le dimanche il y a un grand marché sur le boulevard. La cuisine est bien fournie et comprend une machine à laver. Le matin on est réveillé par les arômes de la boulangerie-pâtisserie en bas. C’est... un quartier animé et agréable. L’appartement est au 5e étage et donne sur la cour, donc il n’y a pas beaucoup de bruit. Il y a l’accès à Internet qui marchait toujours bien. La propriétaire est très sympathique et offre des suggestions pour toutes sortes visites intéressantes à Paris et d’autres renseignements pratiques. Je me sentais en sécurité et étais toujours accueillie avec un “Bonjour” quand je croisais les autres locataires. J’ai passé un mois superbe à blvd de Grenelles.

  das Bad ist sehr schmal und auch das bett ist nur für zwei schlanke leute geeignet ;)

  La ubicacion muy buena, lastima ke el baño sea tan pequeño y no tenga lavamanos,nada importante, como para que empañe nuestra gran experiencia vivida en el apartamento, no hemos podido haber hecho mejor eleccion
