Summer in Paris is marked by world renowned sporting events such as the French Open and the Tour de France – creating a major draw for sports fans from across the globe. At the same time cultural events such as the Fete de La Musique during the summer solstice chime with the cities unbeatable cultural reputation. It’s also a great time to see the city put on a show, whether it’s the traditional and quintessentially French Bastille day, or the city’s Gay Pride Parade.

As the city cools down for autumn there are still a wide variety of evens around which you can plan a trip. For example there’s the Nuit Blanche- an annual arts festival that takes place from sunset until sunrise on the first Saturday and Sunday of October. For wine enthusiasts the Beaujolais Nouveau Festival –held in honour of the uncorking of a new batch of the nation’s favourite tipple – is a must.

Paris offers one of the best winter breaks in the world. From seeing the Christmas lights along the Champs Élysée to taking in the Christmas displays at Paris’s leading department stores such as The Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, there is no shortage of exceptional sites to see over the festive season. In addition to numerous Christmas markets and concerts, the biggest single event around this period is the New Year’s Eve dinner, called Le Reveillon, which goes on late into the night.

Much of this area is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Ile de St Louis is one of the city’s most exclusive neighbourhoods. We currently have 60 apartments in this area.


• Champs-Élysées & Western Paris- You probably won’t find more symbolic public spaces in the world than in this part of the city. If you want to be located right next to those must have snaps in front of the Arc De Triomphe then this is the area for you. We have 50 apartments available in this area.


• Montmartre– As the highest point in Paris Montmartre is blessed with exceptional views of the rest of the city, not to mention the gorgeous Basilique du Sacré-Cœur. Although once a tranquil village this area is now known throughout the city for its buzzing nightlife. We have 90 apartments available in this area.


• Le Marais – Among the narrow streets of this area you’ll find aristocratic hotels, art galleries, boutiques and stylish cafes. Today it’s a magnet for Paris’s gay community. We have 80 apartments available in this area.


• The Latin Quarter – Located in the centre of Paris this area is a favourite student haunt and has long been the home of education in the city. Its small and winding streets are known for their great nightlife, cafés and bistros. We have 10 apartments available in this area.


• St-Germain-des-Pres – This is probably the most exclusive part of the city, a fact which is reflect in the price of almost everything in the area. It contains the Jardins de Luxembourg the home of the French Senate, and has several of Paris’s most famous cafés. We have 10 apartments in this area.
