I really liked your website. Beautiful design, , full information, competent support service.
Communication with the contact persons in the apartments was easy and via telephone, and via e-mail (in Paris and Prague).

For future tenants - perhaps you could email directions to the apartment along with the codes to enter the apartment and where to find the key. This would have made our arrival so much less stressful - especially since we did not have a phone.
