Clear & easy to follow webb site.
Excellent response in English by both telephone & e-mail to any queries we had.
A delightful & helpful contact person who admitted us to the building & explained the workings of the apartment.

Everything was very well handled by the company although I was informed by a representative, when I e-mailed and enquired, that the safety deposit would need to be in cash but infact it was all done using our credit card when we got there. I was slightly annoyed that I had had to bring so much cash with me for no reason (especially as I had to change sterling to euros and lose money in the exchange each time!). Other than that, everything was brilliant - thank you!
