Apartment with a prestigious entrance hall, a large window and 20´s style woodwork. Comprised of two rooms, situated on the 4 floor with a lift, spacious and luminous. There is a fully equipped open kitchen (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). The bedroom is very comfortable and luminous. It overlooks a quiet street and includes a double bed and a large wardrobe. Equipped bathroom with a large bathtub. The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival. Note: This owner demands that the client fills in an authorization to charge from his credit card in case of damage caused in the apartment during his/her stay. If the client does not have a credit card, the owner requests a deposit of 300 euro that has to be paid at the arrival of the apartment. The deposit will be given back to the client, if there is no damage, in the following 10 days by bank transfer at the end of the stay in the apartment. DEPOSIT The property owner does not ask any security deposit but you will complete and will sign an authorization form before your arrival which you will fax him. You will have 24 hours after your arrival to contact him in case of damage noticed in the apartment. After your departure, he shall make a control of the apartment, and if he notice some damage, he shall send you an invoice and shall take the amount caused on your credit card. If you do not possess a credit card, he will ask you to pay a 300€ deposit. He will return it to you in its entirety if he do not notice any damage caused during your stay and within the month following your departure. Check in after 14h. Check out until 12h. No late arrivals after 20h, except if authorized by owner. Payment of balance the day of your arrival : by credit card (except American Express), bank cheque in euros or in cash.
