The apartment is located at the 6th floor (with elevator) in a wonderful Haussmann building of high standard with an armoured door, securitycode, intercom and a guard. It measures 30m2 and is able to accommodate 4 people, the furnished accommodation in Paris was renovated in August 2005; it consist of 2 parts and faces a quiet street. It is very luminous thanks to three large windows equipped with electric curtains. The accommodation offers a number of equipments: storagerooms, TV, satillite, HiFiset. Next to all that, there is an American kitchen completely equipped for a housing per week or per month (microware, coffeemachine, refrigirator/fridge, dishwasher...) and a bathroom with a shower. This accommodation is perfect for one or two couples or a family with two children, the accommodation has comfortable beds with a double bed of 190x140cm in the room and a canapé double bed in the livingroom (190x140cm).

There is line 6 of the metrostation (5 minutes walkingdistance) which connects directly to the Arc de Triomphe (at the top of the Champs Elyées) to Nation passing by Trocadéro, the Eiffeltower, Montparnasse, Denfert-Rochereau (with the Catacombes), etc. At 3 minutes walking distance, the RER line C which goes through the center of Paris while passing the most important monuments of Paris like Champs de Mars, les Invalides, the Orsay museum, Notre Dame de Paris, the Seine and its boarders, but also towards the Château de Versailles. Combining usefulness and pleasantness this house in Paris is ideal for a weekly or monthly stay for business or leisure purposes.
