Note : The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
For reservations more than 30 days, the deposit is €3000 (instead of €1000 for less than 30 days) and the charges of gas, electricity will not be included in the price. (For economical consumption, without overwasting, the additional costs will be minumum.)
