The nearness of the place de la République (200m) permits the access of 5 metrolines (L3, L5, L8, L9, L11) and a couple of buslines for you to travel directly to the most famous monuments and places of interest of Paris (Père Lachaise, the centre of Paris, Champs Elysées, Bastille, Grands Magazins, Nation...). By foot you can easily reach the canal Saint Martin or the popular district Marais in a couple of minutes. Moreover, you will find all the services and shops neccesary in the market "Saint Martin" with all sorts of fresh products in short a walking distance (100m) from the accommodation. You will also be able to profit from a number of restaurants, bars and other places to go out in this lively district where the nightlife can be adapted to everyone's taste.

Note : The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.

From July to September the apartment is rented only from one saturday to another.

If you arrive before 17 o'clock the owner demands a surplus of 40€.

The pick-up of the keys will be made directly at the office of the agency, in the central tenth district in Paris.
