This apartment is on the 5th floor of a pleasant building built in the 30s and equipped with a lift. The street is located just in front of Buttes Chaumont park, which gives the flat a green and peaceful atmosphere. This flat itself is well decorated and comes with a double bed, a sofa bed, a living room with cable TV, WIFI internet access, a small but fully-equipped kitchen and a fully-fitted bathroom. Note: For any reservations made more than 10 days in advance, the owner requires that 30% of the remaining total be paid by bank transfer. If the reservation is made less than 10 days in advance, the payment will be made upon arrival at the flat. There is a 20€ supplement to the price of rent for reservations for two people using two separate beds.
- For arrivals before 17h, the owner asks for an extra payment of 30 €. 

The pick-up of the keys will be made directly at the office of the agency, in the central tenth district in Paris.
