Beautiful and luminous apartment in Paris, situated in the Marais neighbourhood. Stylishly decorated, very modern, with a relaxing and minimalist style – all white. The living room has a double sofa bed and a corner-office. Bedroom with a double bed, TV, etc. Equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Located close to the Bastille, just 5 minutes on foot from the Marais neighbourhood with its shops, bars and restaurants.

NOTE:

The owner requests 30% of the reservation amount when the reservation is made and the other 70% will have to be paid within 45 days before the arrival through bank transference. For the reservations made less then 45 days before the arrival: 30% will have to be paid when the reservation is made and 70% within 7 days before the arrival through bank transference.

- The deposit has to be paid in cash (it’s not included in the rent). For stays over 1 month the deposit will be the price of one month rent.

- It is possible to receive calls. Outgoing calls are possible only with phone cards purchased in advance.

- Apartment insurance is available is included in the rent (6€ per contract)
