NOTE:

The owner requests 30% of the reservation amount when the reservation is made and the other 70% will have to be paid within 45 days before the arrival through bank transference. For the reservations made less then 45 days before the arrival: 30% will have to be paid when the reservation is made and 70% within 7 days before the arrival through bank transference.

The deposit has to be paid in cash (it’s not included in the rent). For stays over 1 month the deposit will be the price of one month rent.

It is possible to receive calls. Outgoing calls are possible only with phone cards purchased in advance.

Apartment insurance is available is included in the rent (6€ per contract)
