Accommodation Description

Charming apartment in Paris, in the Montmartre neighbourhood, just two minutes by foot from the Sacré Ceur. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, small table, TV, etc. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Equipped kitchen, large dining table with chairs. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The owner requests 30% of the reservation amount when the reservation is made and the other 70% will have to be paid within 45 days before the arrival through bank transference. For the reservations made less then 45 days before the arrival: 30% will have to be paid when the reservation is made and 70% within 7 days before the arrival through bank transference.

• - The deposit has to be paid in cash (it’s not included in the rent). For stays over 1 month the deposit will be the price of one month rent.

• - It is possible to receive calls. Outgoing calls are possible only with phone cards purchased in advance.

  - Apartment insurance is available is included in the rent (6€ per contract)
