Comprised of one bedroom with two single beds, a dining table and chairs, TV, etc. Equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The studio is situated close to the Rue Mouffetard where the oldest market in Paris still survives. There are many restaurants and shops close by.
PLEASE NOTE:
The owner requests 30% of the reservation amount when the reservation is made and the other 70% will have to be paid within 45 days before the arrival through bank transference. For the reservations made less then 45 days before the arrival: 30% will have to be paid when the reservation is made and 70% within 7 days before the arrival through bank transference.
- The deposit has to be paid in cash (it’s not included in the rent). For stays over 1 month the deposit will be the price of one month rent.
- It is possible to receive calls. Outgoing calls are possible only with phone cards purchased in advance.
- Apartment insurance is available is included in the rent (6€ per contract
