The apartment is a large loft (1600Sq.ft=150m²), comfortable and completely remodelled. It is located on the 6th and last floor of a well-conserved building (with lift). The apartment is centrally located in Paris and very quiet at the same time (mansard roof), bright (south exposure) and total secured (alarm system, secured entry).
The high standing apartment has a very large living/dining room with a magnificent view on Centre Georges Pompidou. Well equipped, tastefully furnished, maintained with care and professionally cleaned, you will appreciate the air condition during the summer time, the two pianos if you are musician like the owner and further equipment, such as internet, phone, satellite TV, video system. The modern kitchen with an american bar is fully equipped with all appliances (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, etc.) and a storeroom with dishwasher and dryer. This apartment has the capacity of 6 people, it is ideal for 3 couples or a family vacation in Paris. There are 4 bedrooms: one large bedroom with a double "queen" bed (160x190cm) and a massage rocking chair, two others bedrooms are mezzanine and accessed by a stairway (one with a single bed (90x190) and one with a double bed (140x90)). In the guest room you will find a comfortable double sofabed (140x190). Finally, the apartment has a large bathroom and a separate shower unit. The apartment has a private terrace of 15m² with an amazing 360° view over the roof of Paris.
Situated in the very center of Paris, you can access easilly the main Parisians sights, the Louvre museum, the Seine river, Notre Dame de Paris. To visit other areas of Paris, you can take on of the 7 metro lines, wich are close to the apartment (Metro stations: Châtelet, Les Halles, Etienne Marcel, Réaumur). In this district you will find many prestigious shops, services, bars, restaurants and discos.
The owner and its family are living in this apartment during the year, so it is only available for rentals during the French school holidays. It is a non smoking apartment. |
