High standing accommodation in Bastille, near the Marais in Paris. This apartment is very well located on Place de la Bastille, it has double glazing to avoid noise and to let natural sunshine get in. This 55m² accommodation is luxuriously furnished in an antique style and it offers you with all necessary equipment for comfortable stay in Paris, such as cable TV, DVD-Player, radio CD-Player, telephone with free fix phones calls in France (international and mobile phones cost extra). The accommodation is ideal for 2 people, further there is a double sofa bed in the living room to host two more persons. In addition to the living room with its bar, the accommodation has a double bedroom, from where you enter the bathroom with the bath tub ; the kitchen is totally equipped, where you can prepare meals after a long sightseeing day in Paris.
The apartment is ideally located in the Place de la Bastille, in the 11th district of Paris and close to the Marais district. The accommodation is situated at the second floor of a typical Parisian building, without elevator. From this apartment, you can easily access the metro station Bastille. The line 1, which crosses Paris on a East West axis, will allow you to head straight to the most prestigious French monuments as Notre Dame de Paris, the Champs Elysées, the museum Louvres. Further, there are two other metro lines, that will drive you to other places in Paris. 

Notes: Concerning reservations done 21 days prior to arrival in the studio, the owner requires an advanced payment (payable via Bank Transfer) after confirmed booking of 25% of the remaining balance. Children younger then 12 years, are not accepted.
The accomodation is no-smoking and the cleaning is not included in the price. The apartment has to be hand over in the same condition as at the arrival, otherwise there is a supplement of 30 € for cleaning, paid directly to the owner.
