Slightly separated from the bedroom, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two-burner gas stove, toaster, coffeemaker, and all of the necessary utensils. Functional bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC.
The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
Note: This owner demands that the client fills in an authorization to charge from his credit card in case of damage caused in the apartment during his/her stay. If the client does not have a credit card, the owner requests a deposit of 300 euro that has to be paid at the arrival of the apartment. The deposit will be given back to the client, if there is no damage, in the following 10 days by bank transfer at the end of the stay in the apartment.
