Luxury accommodation in the South of Paris. This large and luminous vacation accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms and can host up to 9/10 persons (+ additional child). The accommodation measures 145m² and is split in 3 floors. This triplex is located in the 3rd floor (without elevator) in a nice Parisian building, in the 14th arrondissement, was built in 1999. The accommodation is very good equipped, nicely decorated, and will offer you all the modern comfort for you vacation stay in Paris : video-projector with cinema system, satellite TV, internet, piano, etc. This luxurious accommodation consists of a living room with the access to the terrasse, dining room with balcony, which is equipped with a piano and a American style kitchen. Further, this accommodations consists of 5 separated bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 190x140cm and has an access to the balcony looking over the courtyard. The 2nd bedroom disposes of a double bed of 190x140cm. Further, there is a bedroom with a single bed, and the 4th bedroom with a single bed on the mezzanine, and a sofa-bed of 160x200cm. Additionally the apartment can host two children. The accommodation disposes of two bathrooms and a large kitchen, entirely equipped for your vacation in Paris.
This large vacation accommodation in Paris has an easy access to numerous transport connections. 2 minutes away from the accommodation you will find the subway station (Porte d'Orléans - Linie 4), which will drive you directly to the most important Parisian monuments such as Montparnasse, Notre Dame de Paris, la Cité, the Seine, and the North of Paris with Montmartre. Close to the accommodation you will also find bus stop with the direct connection to the airport Orly, as well as other 5 bus lines (28, 38, 62, 68 and PC). Behind the Parc Montsouris you will find the RER B station, which also connects the two biggest Parisian airports. The owners live in the apartment during the school year, thus it is available only during the vacation time.

In the building there is a gym which is included in the price.

NOTE: The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
