Paris vacation rental very centrally located. The vacation rental in Paris is situated close to the Place de la République and the canal Saint Martin, and measures 26m². The apartment was renovated in September 2004 and is perfect for a vacation stay in Paris. The vacation rental is equipped with a cable TV with DVD-Player, fully equipped kitchen (oven microwave, dishwasher, vitro ceramic cooking plates, fridge, etc...), and et il y a une salle de bain avec douche. The vacation rental is ideally for 3 persons with it double bed of 140x200cm and a sofa-bed 140x190cm, thus it can host on demand a 4th person. The vacation rental is very quiet and luminous, the windows have a double isolation and give on a balcony. The apartment is situated under the roofs of a Housmannian building in Paris, in the 6th floor with elevator.
The vacation rental is located in the center of Paris, close to the well known Place de la République, where you will find 5 metro lines which cross each other, thus you can very easy and fast reach the others parts of Paris. On foot, in the proximity of the apartment, you can discover Paris, the Grands Boulevards and the department stores Le Printemps and La Fayette, as well as numerous theaters. Further, only few minutes by metro, you will reach the district Marais and the Place des Vosges (from the XVII. century), the Opéra Bastille.
Notes:
- From July to September the owner wish only reservation from Saturday to Saturday.
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival. - For arrivals before 17h, the owner asks for an extra payment of 30€. Reservations for two people using two different beds add a 20€ supplement to the rental price |
