6 persons luxurious accommodation in Paris close to the Champs Elysées. This luxurious accommodation is located in the 4th and last floor of a Parisian building in the 16th Arrondissement in Paris. This accommodation is an apartment duplex renovated in January 2005. The accommodation is very quiet, as it is the only apartment in the 4th floor and it can host up to 6 persons,the first bedroom is equipped with a double bed(200x180), the other two bedrooms disposes of a single bed (90x190cm) each. There are 2 bedrooms, the first one (see Picture) is in marmor, and has a jacuzzi as well as a shower with a hydromassage system; the second bathroom disposes of two basins and a bath tube. The kitchen is very modern with a marmor bar, and equipped with all necessary kitchen ware for you stay in Paris. The accommodation has a lot of light, thanks to its large windows and the double exposition. The apartment disposes of parket floors, further you will find there a very elegant chimney, and a nice fourniture composition from a modern and classical style, decorated with a lot of taste. During your stay in Paris, you can fully enjoy the comfort of this luxus accommodation and the nice view over Paris from the balcony. The cleaning, included in the price, takes place once a week.
This accommodation is located very central in Paris, close to the Champs Elysées, and numerous shops,cinemas and museums. In the proximity of the apartment you will find different restaurants and bars, as well as a market open every Wednesday and Saturday. Further, only few minutes from the apartment away, there si the RER A station and 3 subway lines. The most known Paris sights you will be able however to reach on foot, such as ;Louvre, Notre Dame de Paris, la Cité. The owners of this apartment live there during the year, thus it is disponible only at specific dates.
