5 persons / 1 bedroom / 60qm apartment near the Palais de l'Elysées in Paris 8th, a central and upmarket district, in a little street named rue de Duras, located close to the famous Faubourg Saint Honoré, and at the same level in front of the French Presidential Palace building. The apartment is very quiet, as its terrace gives on the a large historic courtyard. This apartment is situated in the 2nd floor, without lift, can accomodate up to 5 persons. They are two sleeping places on a 140x190cm double bed, located in the bedroom. Further two places in a brand new 140x190cm comfortable convertible sofa in the salon and, on request, there is a folding bed for a 5th person provided. Spacious, this typical Parisian apartment has ceilings of 3 m high and the salon/kitchenette measures 40m². The apartment was renovated in 2004 and idealy furnished for vacation rentals in Paris. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities for self catering, including microwave/grill/oven, fridge/freezer as well as a wash machine/dryer, aspirator, hairdryer, iron, TV with more than 30 channels. The bathroom has bath/shower and there is an adjacent toilet room.
The Apartment is very close to the Palais de l'Elysées, thus it is perfect to enjoy holidays in Paris. You can easily reach all well known monuments in Paris on foot (Champs Elysées 5 minutes, Opera, Department stores, Tuileries, Louvre Museum, Orsay Museum, etc). The metro stations “Champs Elysées Clémenceau” (L1 & L 13), or "Miromesnil" (L9 & L13), are each 5 minutes walking away from the apartment. For convenience, there are numerous stores and shops only few meters away from the apartment. The prestigious area, where the apartment is located, is beyond any doubt the safest district in all Paris, with 24/24h 7/7 days police guarding in the apartment street itself, and in all the perimeter around.
Upon request, 8Mb/s Internet is available unlimited with a special charge of 45 Euros (up to 2 weeks), to be used with your own computer and the connection/soft available locally (no hotline or any guarantee provided); unlimited phone calls to fix numbers in France are included in this special additional charge (other numbers –mobile, special service or specially rated fixed numbers in France, international fixed and mobile, etc, are to be charged, at very favourable rates, such as 15 Eurocent a minute to a fixed telephone in the USA/Western Europe).
Notes: After the payment online done to book the apartment, the property owner asks for 30% of the remaining balance to be given by bank transfer or Western Union. The remain amount has to be paid in cash the arrival day.
For the deposit of guarantee pay, at the arrival, cash or travellers cheques are accepted.
- The prices for 2 or 4 people is given for the use of (respectively) one or two doublebeds; for the use of an extra bed, the price of one person will be invoiced.
- The check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m., the check-out time is between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. When checking-in and -out in different hours, there is a supplement from 30 to 60 €. If the check-in is before 8 a.m., a supplement of a days rent will be invoiced. |
