The quarter is very quiet and offer numerous shops, supermarket, and a market only 5min away from the apartment, pharmacy is located in front of the building, further there is a cinema, and the Parc Montsouris.
The apartment is furnished and disposes of double bed, 1 sofa type "BZ", cupboard, TV, PC, printer, Internet (Wi-Fi), washing machine, dishwasher, grill-microwave, traditional grill, water cooker, central heating (from the floor & the ceiling), fun, phone, etc. The bathroom of this apartment is equipped with a wash tube. The building disposes of a parking place, which can be reserved for your on request for a supplement. The owners is living close to the vacation rental, and will be at you disposal for all supplementary needs. They will offer you your first breakfast in Paris and rest at your disposal during the stay in Paris.
NOTE: The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
