The apartment has been recently renovated (may 2005) and is fully furnished, thus ideal for a vacation stay in Paris or a short term rental. The apartment can host up to 3 persons, it disposes of a double sofa-bed 190x140cm and one single bed 190x80cm. The apartment is very charming with parquet floors and large windows, which let a lot of natural light come in. The studio is equipped with TV- DVD & Cable, a computer with internet ADSL, corner kitchen with all necessary for a vacation stay in Paris. Futher you will find there a small bathroom with shower and toilettes.

Close to the appartment you will find the metro station Goncourt (L2) and Belleville (L2 & L11) with the direct access to the famous quarters of Paris, Champs Elysées, the city center, la Cité et Notre Dame de Paris, passing by the Musée Picasso and the Centre Pompidou, as well as Montmartre, République, Père Lachaise or Nation, where you find the direct connection RER A to the Euro Disneyland Paris. Close to the apartment, you can dirctly take a walk along the romantic canal Saint Martin or the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, which is located only few minutes walking away.
