The studio measures 23qm and is located in the 6th floor of a Haussmann style building in a very good state, with two elevators and a gardienne. The Apartment-studio as renovated in February 2005, it is very charming, situated in the place de la République the Apartment-Studio disposes of two balconies and offers an exceptionally view over the Montmartre and Sacré Coeur !! Further, the Apartment-Studio is completely furnished and equipped for a vacation stay in Paris: Tv, DVD-player, kable TV. The kitchen is equipped with a oven, microwave, dish washer, vitroceramical placs, fridge, dishes, etc .. the bathroom consistes of a shower and toilettes. Last, the studio disposes of a double king size bed (160x200cm) and a sofa-bed for a third person.
The Apartment-Studio is situated in the heart of Paris close to the famous and prestigious Place de la République and the cana Saint Martin, and only few meters from the metro Grands Boulevards and just two metro station away from department stores Le Printemps and La Fayette, numerous theaters and bars. If you wish to take a walk in Paris, you can easily reach on foot the Marais quarter, the Place des Vosges, the canal Saint Martin and the Centre Georges Pompidou, Musée Picasso, Sentier et Bourse - in the opposite direction you will reach the Gare du Nord (access to the Eurostar and Thalys) and the Gare de l'Est ...
The quarter is very animated, and you will find close to the apartment all necessary shops and super markets as well as restaurants.
Notes: From July to September the owner wish only stays from Saturday to Saturday.
-The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival. - For arrivals before 17h, the owner asks for an extra payment of 30€. Reservations for two people using two different beds add a 20€ supplement to the rental price. |
