The studio is very bright and measures 25qm thus it can offer a great comfort for 2 persons. The accommodation is well organized for a vacation rental in Paris, it disposes of a sofa-bed (190x140cm), a TV, a phone line active with a facturation system (to call or receive calls), possibility to access to the internet (via modem or via ADSL on request for a supplement of 30€/month)a desk and closets. Further there is an American style kitchen, fully equipped (fridge-friser, oven, washing machine with dryer, vitro ceramic kitchen plats, dishes for 4 persons,...). Last, there is a small bathroom with shower.
This accommodation with its view over Paris, is located close to the Parc des Buttes Chaumont in the 19th arrondissement in Paris. While walking few minutes, you can easily reach the metro stations Belleville, Colonel Fabien and Pyrénées: lines 2, 7bis and 11 or the bus 26 that stops just in front of the building. So you will be able to reach dirctly the center of Paris and its numerous monuments and museums (Notre Dame de Paris, la Cité, Musée Picasso, Centre Georges Pompidou, ...) or other "must" areas such as the Cimetière Père Lachaise, Montmartre or the Champs Elysées. In the proximity of the accommodation you will find numerous go out possibilities, reachable on foot. You can also take a walk in the Parc Buttes Chaumont, the biggest parc inside Paris, or reach the Canal Saint Martin where you can make a boot tour. |
