This studio is a true gem, thanks to the fashionable atmosphere in the town of Montmartrois. Picasso lived in the adjacent building (number 49) and there you will find the same ambiance, infused with creativity from numerous artists who lived and/or worked in this place: Renoir, Van Gogh, Utrillo, Toulouse-Lautrec, Eric Satie, and Hector Berlioz, just to name a few. The apartment is soft and charming. It overlooks a courtyard decorated with plants. The first Saffron and tulips arise in this mild islet. In addition to feeling “at home,” this place will be a universe just in and of its own. Guests may read one of the many books and guides provided in the chest of drawers next to the double bed or on the sofa in the « living room» area of the studio. This space was conceived to ensure certain privacy for each area of the studio. If you would like to work, study or check your email there is a small table with views of the garden. The magic of this place and the surrounding area may rouse the inspiration to write a book, invent a game, change future plans… one never knows.
