This high standing apartment in Paris, is situated in the 17th arrondissement and 150m from the Avenue de la Grande Armée which is the extension of the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées which you can join in only 12 minutes walking from the apartment. In order to reach the center of Paris, you can join directly the metro line 1 (Argentine) or the RER A stop Etoile. Thus you can access directly the Champs Elysées, Opéra, or the Louvre Museum and even the Disneyland Paris (in about 40 min). Further, in the place de l'Etoile, you will find two other metro station which will drive you directly to the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse, Montmartre or also the Père Lachaise. In the proximity of the apartment you will find a backery and a small supermarket, further you can reach numerous shops and stores in the proximity of the of the apartment.

Note:For reservations done 21 days prior to arrival in the apartment, the owner asks for 25 % of the rest of the amount (after the payment done to book the apartment) to be given by bank transfer.
The electricity is not included in the rental price and will be calculated after the stay.
