Its located on rue Rivoli, a great shopping street. Its literally 10 seconds away by foot from the beautiful city hall of Paris (the most central point in Paris). You can choose to stroll down the Quai de Seine about one block away or blend in to the famous Marais area. This apartment is just across the street from the Marais 11 two bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 making this perfect for 2 families traveling together wanting to stay near one another. The Kitchen has granite counter tops and a dining table that seats up to 6 persons. The bathroom is spacious and has a separate bathtub and shower.
NOTE: In order to book this property, the owner requests a deposit of 30% of the rent by bank transfer in a maximum term of 7 days to count from the date when the reservation has been made. The remaining 70% will have to be paid at the moment of the arrival to the flat when the keys will be handed over.
For reservations made less than 10 days before the arrival, the total payment has to be paid when handing over the keys, when one arrives at the apartment.
