Large studio apartment in Paris in the 12th district.Charming and rustic, the studio of 33m² is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. During the day the studio is luminous and ventilated with its large picture window and a balcony to the street. Recently renovated (May 2005) and equipped for a stay in Paris, the studio has a bathroom with shower and bathtub. In the room, you will find a large closet, a double bed (140x190cm), parquet floor, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with 2 chairs. Furthermore, the kitchen has a window and is entirely equipped (washing machine and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine...). In the 12th district of Paris, the studio is ideal to spend a short or medium stay in the French capital. Located only at 2 minutes of the subway station Michel Bizot and near the Bois de Vincennes, this studio gives you the opportunity to benefit from the rustic area and the possibility of jogging or playing tennis close to your accommodation. With line 8 of the subway you can go directly in the center of Paris, while passing La Bastille, La Place de la République, Opéra, la Concorde and Invalides. In this pleasant to live district, you will find all the services and shops in the neighbourhood of the studio which you might need during your stay in Paris.
Note: For rentals longer als 1 month, Electricity and hot water are not included in the price, and will be invoiced at the end of the stay, the deposit of garantee is in this case 500€.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. We ask that our guests pay the rent and the deposit in euros, dollars or Canadian dollars when they arrive.
