DEPOSIT The property owner does not ask any security deposit but you will complete and will sign an authorization form before your arrival which you will fax him. You will have 24 hours after your arrival to contact him in case of damage noticed in the apartment. After your departure, he shall make a control of the apartment, and if he notice some damage, he shall send you an invoice and shall take the amount caused on your credit card. If you do not possess a credit card, he will ask you to pay a 300€ deposit. He will return it to you in its entirety if he do not notice any damage caused during your stay and within the month following your departure. Check in after 14h. Check out until 12h. No late arrivals after 20h, except if authorized by owner. Payment of balance the day of your arrival : by credit card (except American Express), bank cheque in euros or in cash.
