It is the ideal choice for families or a group of friends and has a size of 54m². The apartment has 2 bed rooms and is suitable for handicapped people. One bed room comes with a double bed (140x190cm), in the other one you will find a bulk bed (80x190 – see photo) and a fold up bed, sleeping all in all 3 people. Moreover there is a studio bed in the 20m² living room for another person. If desired the owner will also provide a fold bed or a baby cot. Being situated on the ground floor of a the newly built building (2000), the apartment also has a small garden with matching furniture and a grill. You will furthermore find a garage. Inside the house there is a TV, DVD Player, and a Stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay in this vacation rental near Euro Disney as pleasant as possible. The bathroom of the apartment has a bathtub and a WC.

Only 500m from the Val d'Europe, a huge shopping center with its numerous restaurants and movie theaters you will find everything necessary nearby. Moreover there are quite a number of possibilities to take a walk, as well as a children's playground and a tennis court. By car it only takes you a 5 mins drive to Euro Disney and a 30 mins one to Paris. If you wouldn't like using your car you can also consider the RER A station in Serris, from where there are trains going to Paris. A bus terminal near the house will directly take you there. The train will bring you directly to Paris's city center (Châtalet): Isle de la Cité, Notre Dame de Paris, Seine River and numerous museums are nearby. |
