Ideal Apartment for a business trip to Paris. This is a very practical, good looking, two-room (22m²), top-floor apartment in the 17^th arrondissement of Paris, in which everything has been planned to make the best use of space. The bedroom has a hardwood floor and a double bed, with lots of bookshelves and wardrobe.  This bedroom looks out over busy, tree-lined Avenue Saint Ouen, but the double-glazed window makes it perfectly quiet. In the bedroom are an 100-channel cable TV, a call-in cordless phone (call-out requires a phone card), and hi-speed Internet modem with a working PC. The dining room has a kitchenette incorporated, completely equipped with compact fridge/freezer, microwave with oven & grill functions, two ceramic halogen burners, washer/dryer, countertop machines, and active ventilation. There is a bathroom with a large shower (80x90 cm), mirror, washbasin and toilet. The apartment has another double-glazed window opposite the street side, making the rooms light and well ventilated. Renovation is very recent (2004), and all furnishings are new.
Situated on the 3^rd floor in a 19^th century building, the apartment is close to the open markets of Avenue de Saint Ouen, the Rue des Moines food stores, and the lively Place Clichy area (cinemas, restaurants…). Transport to the Opera area, Châtelet, or the Champs Elysées is rapid by metro (lines 13 and 2) or by bus (no 31 or 81), just minutes away. In 15 minutes, you can jog to beautiful Park Monceau along Rue Legendre, or you can climb to Montmartre up Rue Lamarck. A swimming pool is available nearby on Rue de la Jonquière.
This 2-room apartment is an ideal solution for a single person or a couple who want to explore Paris in comfort for an extended period, or who have business, or study needs for several months. The building has good security with a street-door code and a reinforced landing door. The minimum rental period is one month, and the typical period is three months. The rate is all-inclusive of taxes, utilities, heating (even in winter), and building charges. Tenants are expected to keep the apartment in good order and clean up at the end of their stay. 

Note : The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 15 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
