How do I search for accommodation in Paris?

Go to the homepage of our site www.all-paris-apartments.com.

Choose the type of accommodation you prefer and enter in your travel dates and no. of people
travelling. Review the accommodation available and click on "Details" to find out more about a
specific accommodation. Book online by filling in our reservation form. Please make sure to give
us all the information asked for.

How do I make a booking online? 

Once you have chosen your preferred accommodation you can book it online by filling in our
reservation form. Please follow all the steps and give all the information asked for.

When will I know the address and the contact persons’s data?

You will receive all this information in the booking confirmation we will send you after receipt of the
prepayment.

Where or to whom will I have to pay the rent?

 

You will have to pay the rent directly to the owner or guardian of the accommodation, in cash and
on arrival at the accommodation. For some apartments you have to/can pay the rent to the owner
before your arrival by bank transfer. All this information will be stated in the booking confirmation
we will send you.

Where and when will I receive the keys?
The contact person of the accommodation will give you the keys when he shows you into the
accommodation. The steps outlining what you should do to arrange a meeting with the contact
person is explained in the booking confirmation we will receive.

What will I have to bring along?

All our listed lodgings are fully furnished, equipped, with sheets and towels provided (except
some of the shared flats). So all you need to bring along are your personal belongings.

What is the "deposit"? How I can check the amount I have to pay as a deposit?
The deposit is the owner’s guarantee that no damage will be done to the accommodation during
your stay. At check-in you will have to pay the deposit (if one is required) plus the rent to the
contact person. At check-out, the contact person will check the condition of the apartment and
refund you your deposit providing all is in order. You in turn, must give back the keys. The amount
of the deposit depends on the accommodation. The respective amount that you should pay as a
deposit can be found below the price quoted for your travel dates, in the full description of the
accommodation. If the deposit is 0,00€, this means that the owner does not require you to pay any
deposit for the accommodation in question.

When will I receive the booking confirmation? 
Usually it takes less than 24 hours for us to confirm a customer’s reservation, providing that the
reservation form has been filled in properly. Please note: we cannot confirm your reservation unless
we receive all the information asked for on the reservation form and until we have received the
prepayment. Bookings made over the weekend will be answered on Monday. If we receive several
reservations for the same accommodation and for the same dates, we can only confirm the first
reservation submitted, abiding by our first-come, first-serve basis. Of course you will not be
charged anything if your accommodation is not confirmed and we will also try to give you
alternative options for your travel dates. Please note: We update our listings every time we
confirm a reservation.

How can I cancel my accommodation reservation? 

All cancellations must be made by e-mail of fax to the corresponding manager. Please note that
our conditions for cancellation differ depending on how much advance notice you give for the
cancellation. For further information, please consult our terms and conditions.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my accommodation reservation?
Usually, our conditions for the cancellation of an accommodation depend on the date the client
cancels his/her reservation. Please, check the terms of cancellation of a reservation in
our terms and conditions.

How far in advance should I book an accommodation?
Our accommodation is highly demanded, especially during high season. Therefore we would
always advise you to book as soon as you now which accommodation you would like to stay
in to make sure you get what you want. Please note: We confirm the reservations on a first-come,
first-serve basis.

Do you have any more short-term rentals other than those offered on your site?

No, all available accommodations are shown on our site.


I would like to show your accommodation to my friends/family, could you please
send me a catalogue?

As we work exclusively via the Internet we do not have a catalogue. Here are some solutions
if that is inconvenient for you:

  • Wherever you are, you can go online to www.all-paris-apartments.com and look at our
    accommodation. The accommodation is presented with much more detail and with many
    more photos than normally found in a printed catalogue.
  • Give your friends/family our Internet address, www.all-paris-apartments.com and in just
    a few minutes they can connect to our website and see all our available accommodation
    without having to wait for a catalogue.
  • You also have the possibility to send our offers to your friends/family by email, using our
    "Send to a friend" option.
  • If one of your friends/family does not have Internet access you can print off the pages of
    your preferred accommodation and give it to him/her.
  • In contrast to printed catalogues, our site is constantly updated. We work on it every day
    to give you the most up to date information on availability and prices.

All cancellations of Hotel reservations must be made by e-mail or fax to the personal manager. Please note that our conditions for Hotel cancellation differ depending on how much notice you give in advance for the cancellation. For further information, please consult our terms and conditions.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my Hotel reservation?
Usually, our conditions for the cancellation of a Hotel depend on the date the client cancels his/her Hotel reservation. Please, check the terms of cancellation of a Hotel reservation in our terms and conditions.

Our Hotels are very much in demand, especially during high season. Therefore we would always advise you to book your Hotel as soon as you made the decision in which of our Hotels you would like to stay to make sure you get the one you want.

Payment

Is it safe to fill in the form with my credit card details?

We take every precaution to protect your information, especially sensitive information such as
your credit card number. On our site sensitive information is encrypted and protected with the
best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our booking
form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.
We also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information,
not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to our offices. Furthermore, ALL
employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practise.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
For the prepayment we accept credit card (Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express and
JCB), bank transfer or cash payable directly to us in our offices. The outstanding balance has to
be paid directly to the owner on the day of arrival. Some owners also accept bank transfer before
your arrival. If you prefer this, please check with him/her directly once you received the booking
confirmation with his/her contact details.

Can I pay Open House Spain S.L. the balance due after the prepayment?

No. This is not possible. The balance due on an accommodation has to be paid directly
to the owner.

Can I pay the balance due by credit card?
No. This is not possible. On the day of your arrival, you have to pay the balance due IN CASH.
Of course, you will receive a receipt of payment.
