Vacation apartment in Paris near the “Parque de Buttes Chaumont” Park. This vacation apartment without elevator is situated on the 6th floor in a “Art Nouveau” Building that was built in the 19th century. It was renovated in July 2005 and is decorated in typical Paris style (incl. real fireplace and hardwood floor). The apartment has view of the roofs of eastern Paris and an inner patio. Thanks to its separated location it is very calm but also luminous. It was especially designed to be rented to holiday makers and is ideal for 4 people, although also a 5th one will find enough room in the 35m² apartment. In fact the flat has a double bed (140x200cm) in the sleeping room, a double folding sofa (140x190cm) as well as a studio couch (80x190cm). In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and all things you may need to cook and eat. The bathroom has a washing bowl, a shower and WC.
From the vacation apartment in Paris' Buttes Chaumont quarter it is just a 5 mins walk to the homonymous park. The Metro line 11 which is nearby, will bring you easily to the center of Paris (near the “Notre Dame” cathedral, the “Isle de la Cité” (island in the very city center) or the “Saine” river with its typical boasts), the Republique quarter (home to many bars and restaurants) or the Arts de Méthiers quarter (near the Picasso Museum). In the very safe and quiet quarter where the apartment is located you will also find numerous shopping facilities
-For arrivals before 17h, the owner asks for an extra payment of 30 €.
Reservations for two people using two different beds add a 20€ supplement to the rental price. For check-ins before 17h, the owner request a 30€ supplement to the rental price.

Before check-in, you should collect the keys in the offices located in the centre of the 10th arrondissement de Paris.
The offices exact address will be communicated in the confirmation email that you will receive before your stay.
For Christmas Holidays, from December 19th to January 09th., the minimum stay is 4 nights.
