This beautiful flat, situated on the 7th floor of a building with a lift, and a total area of 36 m2, combines an affordable renting price with a very calm ambience. This 1 bedroom flat, in the business area of the city, near to shops and public transport, can be found just 100 metres away from the Porte de Versailles, and offers all of the comfort and tranquility needed to fully enjoy your stay in the city.It comprises one bedroom with double bed, and in addition a sofa-bed in the living room (allowing a total of 4 persons to rent). The living room is fully equipped with all of the modern commodities you could possibly need, such as cable television, computer with internet/Wifi access and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, washing machine and kitchen table. Lastly, the bathroom includes a shower, with a separate toilet.
Upon arrival, water/soft drinks, a bottle of wine and Nespresso coffee are offered, free of charge.
