  Unterkunft klein und älter, jedoch ausreichend, gemütlich und zweckmäßig. Die Ausstattung absolut vollständig. Einziges Manko, auf das hingewiesen werden sollte: 99 Stufen - kein Fahrstuhl. Lage: 1a ! Beste Ausgangsposition zur Erkundung der Stadt. Wunderbares Viertel! Kontaktperson: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

  The appartment was fantastic and the service could not have been better. Location right next to the Pompidou Centre. We were contacted by F. before we left England and he advised how to get to the appartment and we arranged to meet him there when we arrived. He was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

  Ein wunderschöes Apartment im Herzen von Paris. Was besseres kan man sich für einen Städtetrip nicht wünschen. Jedoch nichts für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität, da der 5te Stock nur über 99 Stufen zu erreichen ist!

  Frank (the owner) was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood safe and the location was very central and within easy reach of transport and attractions (louvre and notre dame within 7-8 blocks.) One thing to mention is it is a 5th floor walk up. It is in a quiet courtyard despite being in the ...middle of the hustle and bustle. The apt itself is nice, this is a far better option than any paris hotel i have stayed in. 

  Lage ist top, für die Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig, Haus ist mittelmäßig, störend ist das regelmäßige Anspringen der Gasheizung (wohl nur im Winter relevant)

  We had a great stay in the apartment. The service provided by Frank was great and he was very helpful.

  So very impressed with the apartment and especially the location! the owner was fantastic - very friendly! with young children we were so central it was beautiful and blissful - would not of asked for more for the money.

  We had a wonderful time in the apartment of F.. It is situated in the middle of Paris, in between all kinds of highlights and public transport. Nice areas are on walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the apartment and the owner is very friendly and helpfull. We would ...most certainly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay. 

  Sehr gute, zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Kleines, aber optimal eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Appartement. Sehr zu empfehlen!

  Schön, nur die Spiegelfolien sollten vom Fenster genommen werden - auch, wenn sie im Sommer kühlen sollen, verdunkeln sie doch etwas den Raum. Lieber anderen Sonnenschutz wählen.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich - wir konnten sogar unsere Koffer bis zur Abreise am späten Nachmittag aufbewahren. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

  Lovely place, bright, light and clean in a superb location. The only thing I'd change was the 99 steps to get up the stairs to it!

  Posizione ottima per visitare e per vivere Parigi nel migliore dei modi! L'appartamento è molto silenzioso e luminoso..c'è il sole fino a tarda sera! Unica pecca i 99 scalini per arrivarci.. ma ne vale la pena! Comodo alla metropolitana e a qualsiasi servizio necessario. La cucina è piccolina, ...ma fornita di tutto ciò che può servire in vacanza! Il proprietario è gentile e molto disponibile in caso di necessità! Consigliato! 

  The accommodation is in the heart of Paris and great for exploring the sites. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bakeries around. The accommodation is clean and we fitted three children in with us. The sofa bed was very comfortable. F. provided us with an additional mattress. We would ...highly recommend this apartment, but you will have to be fit, as there are 99 steps up to it. We had no trouble with the deposit return. 

  The apartment was in an excellent location and was very quiet. It was also clean and comfortable. F. was very helpful and communicated all the information we needed in regard to the apartment. The only down side was the 99 stairs up to the apartment which was only really a problem with the luggage at the beginning and end of our stay.

  The landowner is very helpful and the flat is in a position that is perfect for visiting the city.

  conoscevo già l'alloggio in quanto ci sono stata lo scorso anno. A parte i cinque piani di scale a piedi, è assolutamente fantastico sia per la posizione centralissima, sia per la graziosità dello stesso.

  Sehr sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Appartement-kein chichi-super zentral gelegen, aber schön leise, da im Innenhof.Die Treppen sind nicht so schlimm. Positiv gesehen tut man was für die Gesundheit. F. war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

  Wir haben mit zwei Kindern ein paar unvergessen schöne Tage in Paris erlebt. Die zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt und die Ruhe hat uns erstaunt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

  The apartment was fabulous - great location, great service and assistance from Frank and the apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The whole experience was great, great, great!!!!! Next time I am in Paris I hope to stay there again.

  Excellentes prestations conformes à ce qui nous avait été annoncé. Situation idéale dans Paris pour visiter la ville ou se déplacer. Quartier très vivant et dynamique où vous pourrez satisfaire toutes vos envies ( culture, shopping, restaurants...). Contact parfait à la fois très ...professionnel et courtois. A réserver les yeux fermés où à conseiller à vos amis! Merci

  The appartment is in a terrific location to visit the Parisian sites. The 99 steps up make it a bit uncomfortable if you are disabled but if not it's a great home away from home. We visited Paris over 20 times but this appartment is vertainly worth coming back to.

  The apartment was nice. It is not modern, but is clean and comfortable. We slept well and it was very quiet. It is very suitable for families or small groups. The lack of a lift might be an issue for some, but my kids and I enjoyed the 99 steps. The owner was very helpful, professional, and... reasonable. The facilities are very good and enough of everything was provided. The location is excellent, with a number of good shops within 100 metres. Notre Dame is not far away and the Louvre is well within walking distance (about 15-20minutes). We particularly liked the small patisserie right across the road where we went to get coffees and breakfast. There are two well stocked grocery shops nearby as well, so having the small kitchen is a bonus. All in all, a very pleasant apartment. Good service, no issues.

  The apartment was excellently situated and very agreeably furnished. We found it just as it was advertised on the internet. Communication with the contact person was excellent and he was very helpful. The apartment was quiet but in a lively area of Paris so there was not a shortage of things to ...do. I would certainly recommend this apartment, particularly suited to groups of friends and small families.

  El piso es muy cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. Lo mejor es la ubicación, se trata de un barrio muy animado y cerquísima de todo lo imprescindible de visitar; y lo peor la falta de ascensor (es un 5º). All paris apartments ofrece un servicio muy claro, eficiente y sin sorpresas de última hora.

  El apartamento tenía todo lo que se indicaba en la web, la limpieza bien, aunque en uno de los edredones había algún que otro pelo. En la ducha la pieza del sumidero sería bueno cambiarla, ya que se la ve muy deteriorada. El emplazamiento excelente, puedes ir andando a muchos de los lugares ...mas principales. Un poco mas abajo del portal en la misma acera, hay una panaderia con unos bollos uhmmmmmmmmmmmm. En la misma calle puedes encontrar desde souvenirs hasta un subway. El apartamento es silencioso. El contacto con F. estupendo, muy atento y muy amable. Y le damos las gracias al chico brasileño de la limpieza que nos ayudó a bajar las maletas por esos 99 escalones. En resumen todo esupendo. 

  Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Sie ist sauber und liegt sehr ruhig in einer Fußgängerzone. Das Parkhaus ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt. Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe von Centre Pompidou und Notre Dame ist der große Pluspunkt. Einzig die 99 Stufen zur Wohnung sind nach ausgiebigen ...Stadterkundungen etwas mühsam, sind aber zu bewältigen. Unser Fazit: Gerne wieder ! 

  We made the best choise! Excellent location, the contact person was very nice, opened and correct. The apartment was clean, the beds (including the sofa) are very comfortable. You can find anything you need in the apartment. It has a perfect position in a very nice area full of restaurants, bars, ...boutiques, minimarkets and touristics points. Central and very close to every parisian atractions. It was perfect four our 4 girls vacantion to Paris! We hyghly recommended and defenetly come back for the next Paris escapade!!!

  A nice little apartment in the centre of Paris. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. After day three our legs got used to the 99 steps from the ground floor to the apartment's front door!

  The ideal place to stay in Paris! The location is fantastic, yet very quiet, and the apartment has everything you could want. It was the perfect size for two adults and a child. The owner's helpful directions and payment system made staying there easy. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Paris.

  Prima ligging, heel rustig en centraal vlakbij Centre Pompidou en de metro. Heel goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Goed ingericht appartement, de 99 treden zijn goed te doen en erg leuk voor kinderen!

  schön eingerichtetes Apartment, sehr zentral, sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof, von daher ist es sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist unkomliziert. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Kultur, Cafes,Bistros ect. alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

  Steps to the top floor quite a struggle but appartment has what was expected to reasonable standard. Could benefit from tarting up a bit. Owner was responsive, flexible, friendly. Good location with resto and bars nearby.

  Das Appartment liegt im 5. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Das sollte man wissen. Es ist geräumig und komortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

  tolle Wohnung, absolut zentral und trotzdem ruhig, viel Platz, gemütliches Bett, vollständige Kücheneinrichtung. Innenhof ist nur mit Zugangscode zugänglich, daher auch zum Fahrrad abstellen geeignet (nur als Info, wir hatten keine Räder mit , aber schon öfter in Großstädten das Problem der ...sicheren Fahrradaufbewahrung).Problemlose Wohnungsübergabe mit netter, ausführlicher Info 

  Nice spot right next to the Pompidou. One thing to know is that the flat is in a walk up of five flights with no lift, which is great for working off the amazing food in Paris and very quiet at night, but it is a work out. F. the owner speaks English, is very nice and the apartment was clean and in good order.

  appartamento situato in posizione centralissima, silenziosa (zona pedonale) e molto carina. Peccato per i 99 gradini da salire e con bimbo e passeggino a seguito diventa leggermente pesante, ma comunque ne vale la pena....consigliatissimo

  Het appartement is ons zeer goed bevallen. Het ligt heel centraal. Als je de hoofddeur aan de straatkant open doet, kom je eerst op een soort binnenplaats. Links daarvan is een mooie houten dichte trap naar boven. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Aangezien er vlakbij twee volwaardige ...supermarkten zijn, kan je zelf ook goed koken op het vierpits gasfornuis. Dus je hoeft niet verplicht elke avond uit eten. De bakker zit ook in dezelfde straat. Wij hebben alle bezienswaardigheden lopend gedaan en hebben dus geen metro genomen. Wij vonden dat goed te doen. Zodoende zie je ook nog eens van alles onderweg. De eigenaar is ook heel aardig en heeft ons van te voren goed geinformeerd. Kortom, mochten we nog eens naar Parijs gaan, dan boeken we weer dit appartement! Het super en lekker rustig. 

  Die Unterkunft war sehr in Ordnung und sauber. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten in dem Appartment renoviert werden (Türgriff zum Bad ist sehr lose, Duschtür schließt nicht, sodass der Boden nass wurde) und es fehlte uns z.B. ein sauberer Spüllappen (viele alte Schwämme waren da, die man aber ...wirklich nicht benutzen konnte). Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber, das Mobiliar schön und die Lage des Appartments genial. Der Kontakt war supergut und nett (alles per Email). Es war wirklich eine gute Wahl und wir können das App. nur weiterempfehlen.

  Great location for exploring Paris, the accommodation was an oasis of peace at the heart of Paris.

  The apartment is well equipped, clean and very well located. We have used for 04 adults, perfect. You could have some difficults to go five floors up with heavy luggage, because there is no lift. All contact has been done through e-mails without problems. The apartment is sure a recommendation !!

  Excellent apartment for what we needed - the stairs were a bit of a struggle with our suitcases but apart from that it was perfect. We really appreciated how well organised the apartment contact F. was - his instructions on finding the apartment were excellent as well as the folder of useful local ...details that he had within the apartment eg the local bakery!  

  Saubere Wohnung und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Erstklassige Lage. Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe in Paris optimal. Einen Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe habe ich über parkingsdeparis.com im Voraus gebucht: 6 Tage für 103EUR.

  El apartamento es perfecto. Muy buenas camas y todo muy limpio. El propietario es muy simpático y merece la pena conocerlo (un 10 en todo el). Recomendable.

  Wonderful place right in the center of Paris. The only remark I would make is about the bathroom, specially the shower that needs attention to avoid leaking into the bathroom floor.

  L'appartamento corrisponde a quanto visualizzato sulle foto: confortevole per 2-3 persone e dotato di tutto il necessario. Si trova in una posizione ottimale, vicino alla stazione metro ed in una zona tranquilla. Inoltre è molto silenzioso. Buona la pulizia e la funzionalità di cucina e bagno.

  L'alloggio corrisponde pienamente alla descrizione contenuta nel sito. Ideale per visitare il centro di Parigi, nessun rumore fastidioso.

  The apartment was in an excellent location of Paris, central to all the sights, restaurants and cafes. The owner, was friendly and efficient, our deposit returned on time. The building had character and the apartment was fitted out very well, we would definitely stay there again. The only downside ...was the fact that it was on the fifth floor with many steps to climb, would not be suitable for elderly people. 

  We had a great time at this apartment. The walk up the 99 steps is a challenge, but we knew about it and we made it. Great location, Pompidou is literally out your door, with an easy walk to Metro, Norte Dame, Louvre, restaurants, shops, markets. Use the Hotel de Ville metro station if taking ...line 1 rather than finding it at the La Halles station. We took the taxi from CDG to the apartment, but it would have been much faster if we took the train to La Halles and walked. It is only about a long two blocks. We used the Metro quite a bit and by the end of the trip we even used the train to go to the airport. Nice hot showers (you have to get the heater primed), heating system works fine. washer and all appliances worked great. One draw back is the private club on Saturday night. Noise is terrible, but as warned, only on Saturday night.

  L'appartamento è ottimo per posizione, pulizia e arredamento e corrisponde precisamente a quanto indicato nel sito (bisognerebbe almeno dotare la tv di un canale in inglese). Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

  This apartment was fabulous for our weekend stay. The owner was very accommodating and flexible and an excellent communicator! Lovely traditional apartment!

  We had a very nice stay in Paris. The appartment was clean and well located. The lockbox system worked very well, which allowed us to stick to our own program.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this ideally-located apartment. The apartment itself is small but clean, well-equipped and totally adequate for two people. The building does not have a lift however, so anyone with mobility or strength issues should not consider this apartment. There are ...numerous good restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and the Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame Cathedral are within a 10 minute walk. We would certainly stay there again when next in Paris. 

  Die Pariser Stadtwohnung war komplett ausgestattet, in sehr gutem Zustand und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter, der nebenan wohnt ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat am Abreisetag unser Gepäck in seiner Wohnung gelagert, so daß wir noch einen unbeschwerten Tag in Paris verleben konnten, ohne uns ...Gedanken über unser Gepäck machen zu müssen. Absolut empfehlenswert, kaum zu überbieten!

  Pariser Charme und unglaubliche Ruhe inmitten der Fußgängerzone! Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre) den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es direkt vor der Haustür - Selbstverpflegung war kein Problem, und wir konnten in die Pariser Lebensart voll eintauchen!

  piso pequeño pero con lo necesario. limpieza bien. nos hizo frìo y cuando llegamos estaba con una buena calefacción. El barrio lleno de vida. centrico, bien comunicado, tiendas, supermercados. Dueño detalloso, lo justo y sin agobiar. Es verdad que es un 5º piso pero no nos creó ningún problemas. Recomendable.

  Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden. Vor allem meinen Teenager hat das Quartier sehr zugesagt. Das tägliche Treppensteigen haben wir eher als tägliches Training betrachtet, denn als Nachteil gesehen.Auch mit der Kontaktperson klappte alles bestens und sehr hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

  Location, location, location! The location is excellent. The apartment is nice and clean and the owner did a wonderful job with communicating with us. I would highly recommend this apartment. I was most impressed with how the owner communicated with me. He did a great job and made everything so easy.

  The apartment was just so cosy and beautiful we were sad to leave. It has all the amenities you would need. Location is excellent....just 15mins walk to The Louvre. And pubs, restaurants and convenience stores all within a min walk. The best thing about our stay would have to be F himself...such... a wonderful wonderful person...so warm, helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!! 

  Todo perfecto, las únicas pegas que le podría poner es que es un quinto sin ascensor, y que la wifi sólo llega en la cocina. Por lo demás, inmejorable. La ubicación es sin lugar a dudas su mejor característica, pero el piso en sí también está muy bien, con espacio para 3~4 px sin problema.

  The location was perfect for my stay. Easy to get to all major attractions and easy to take the RER to other locations. The only thing I can say wasn't good is how thin the walls are. Street noise was non-existent but I could always hear my neighbours. Not good if you are a light sleeper who is an ...early riser. If you stay up late and are tolerant to people noise this might be perfect for you. Owner was nice. good instructions from owner to get to apartment. Easy and convenient check-in and check-out. Easy check-in and check-out.

  Great place, great location, most charming landlord (moreover, he took care of our luggage when we left the appartment so we were able to pick it up later). Only 15 to 20 minutes by Metro 4 from Gare du Nord. We arrived late, went to a supermarket nearby and found out that the supermarkets are not ...allowed to sell whine in Paris after 22:00 hour! In the city of light! Happily the landlord gives his guests a bottle of whine when they arrive.

  The location of this apartment is unique; litterary around the corner at Centre Pompidou. You have to be preparred to climb the 5 stories stairs.

  Appartamento molto carino e funzionale, in 4 siamo stati bene.In pieno centro della città, contornato da locali (ristoranti e pub), non abbiamo subito a livello acustico della "movida" parigina.Lo consiglio a tutti

  L'appartamento è in una posizione meravigliosa, proprio dietro al Centro Pompidou e a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dal Notre Dame, noi ci siamo spostati molto a piedi. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento perfettamente pulito e piuttosto silenzioso. I 99 scalini posso scoraggiare ma non più di tanto, ne... abbiamo fatti 422 per le torri del Notre Dame!! La cucina è attrezzata, noi ci abbiamo mangiato varie volte, a 100 metri c'è un market super fornitissimo e poco distante un'ottima boulangerie dove abbiamo fatto colazione tutte le mattine. Il proprietario non ho avuto modo di conoscerlo personalmente, ma ci siamo tenuti in contatto molto spesso tramite whatsapp, è stato gentilissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti e quando tornerò a Parigi non avrò dubbi su dove soggiornare. 

  Die Lage ist ausgesprochen zentral, es war trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Appartment ist gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden. Einziger Knackpunkt war der Schimmel in der Dusche und dass das Treppenhaus gerade saniert wurde. Ansonsten - nur zu empfehlen.

  Great location. F. very helpful. Stairs were a little much after a long day walking and sight seeing. Apartment would be very hot in summer no air conditioning. The amenities were excellent. Very comfortable. Can't speak highly enough of the location and owner. Would stay again.

  El propietario es muy atento y amable, además de bien organizado. Por email nos dio mucha información interesante antes de llegar y se esforzó en hablar en español a nuestra llegada. La ubicación es inmejorable, en calles animadas y con buen ambiente, junto el Pompidou y a un paso de Notre ...Dame. El apartamento está bien equipado, es acogedor, luminoso y tranquilo para descansar, con unos colchones de buena calidad. Las escaleras son simplemente una anécdota que no deberían suponer un problema para elegir este apartamento, salvo que tengas un problema de movilidad. 

  Die Lage war super zentral. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber!! Es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der 5.Stock und die damit verbundenen 99 Stufen waren zusätzliches Fitnessprogramm, was man ja eigentlich nicht braucht, wenn man ja sowieso den ganzen Tag in Paris unterwegs ist, aber ok.

  This apartment is in a fantastic location right in the heart of anything you could need. So close and yet very little noise. A fantastic stay!

  Excellent central location on a pedestrian street, clean, owner a good communicator who was flexible with our check out time. The 99 steps were no bother, suited our needs ,much more character than a hotel room

  We had a good time at a nice place in Paris. Everything could be easily reached from the apartment and the apartment themselve is fine ( except the 99 stairs ... ). Communication really good and I would recommend flat.

  l'accès est facile. L'appartement situé en fond de cour est très calme. Toutefois l'isolation sonore est un peu trop légère.Je vous recommande cet appartement, parfaitement situé.

  The location of the apartment is perfect; quiet but in a vibrant area, close enough to walk to most of Paris' main attractions; and loads of good restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is good. We didn't find the stairs a problem - they aren't steep.

  I stayed in this apartment for two nights on a hectic visit to Paris For my daughters 13th birthday. Wanted to see some sights and visit disneyland. I could not of wished for a better location. As we were on a time schedule I was worried but everything we needed was less than 10 minutes away. ...Perfect location. Beautiful clean apartment and extremely helpful owner. I would definitely stay here again. We got the big red bus around, closest hop for us was 5 min walk! We done the cruise on the river and after it was dark so I was scared of the metro ha ha e10.50 is all a taxi cost us back, this was from the foot of the eifel tower. Disneyland bus was also 5 min walk and dropped us back that evening to the same spot! 100% satisfied. 99 steps are a bit of a killer but it is funny ???? 

  Sehr netter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Super Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Schlafsofa war für meinen Sohn (1,85 m) zu kurz, aber es war komfortabel. Die Küche war eher spartanisch ausgestattet. Tolle Boulangerie direkt um die Ecke, ebenso zwei City-Supermärkte. Vielfältige Restaurantsauswahl direkt vor der Tür.

  Alles wie es sein muss: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung super.

  Die Wohnung ist äusserst sympathisch, ruhig und doch mitten im Zentrum. Der Vermieter ist äusserst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Einzig die 99 Stufen in den 5. Stock ohne Lift sind nicht ohne....

  Best: F/owner is a great communicator and supplies very precise helpful information to make your arrival and departure seamless. He also went above and beyond to accommodate a special request before our arrival and was flexible with the departure schedule. The 99 steps become a "souvenir" of your... stay. It's not that bad and helps work off the patisseries. Our stay happened in very warm weather. The great thing about the location of this apartment is that it is up high and catches the breeze. There is a fan in the apartment which helps a great deal. It was nice to be up high AND for the apartment to be at the back of the building instead of right over Rue St. Martin which is quite a busy area with shops and restaurants. You will be in excellent hands dealing with Frank. :) 

  Aunque todo estaba muy bien y lo recomiendo totalmente, la limpieza del apartamento podría ser un poco mejor, debajo de las mesas, etc... Las sabanas un poco viejas se deberian cambiar.

  Everything top. I was there with my parents. It just the apartment is on the fifth floor without lift, therefore a bit too much for elders.

  Met z'n tweeen ga op de slaapbank! Het vaste bed wat aan de korte kant. Verder niets voorstellen van wifi. Romantisch gebouw op een toplocatie!

  Es war alles bestens, nur der Empfang mit dem WLAN war nicht sehr gut, da der Router in der Nachbarwohnung ist. Zudem sprang die Tür des Schränkchens hinter der Eingangstür immer auf, so dass manchmal die Eingangstür fast blockiert war.

  Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal: neben dem Centre Pompidou, in einem ruhigen Innenhof. In ein paar Minuten war man zu Fuß am Rathaus, an der Notre Dame und an der Seine. Für "Fußkranke" allerdings nicht so zu empfehlen, da kein Aufzug in den 5. Stock zur Verfügung steht. Aber sonst war alles ...vorhanden und für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch die Unterteilung in zwei Zimmer und die kleine Küche. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. 

  Very central, clean and F. was more than helpful. Would stay there again and recommend to any friends going to Paris.

  Obwohl das Apartment selbst sehr ruhig liegt haben wir leider viel von unsren Nachbarn aus der Nebenwohnung gehört.

  Ottima posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile dell'aeroporto CDG senza cambi di mezzo o di linea. Silenzioso e tranquillo. Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Da consigliare a chi non si spaventa di salire al 5° piano senza ascensore!

  EL apartamento es precioso, bien amueblado y todo nuevo. Nos alojamos un fin de semana y Frank, el propietario, fue muy amable en todo momento recomendándonos muchas ideas para visitar la ciudad. Excelente elección, absolutamente recomendable!

  F was a pleasure to deal with, always very prompt with his responses, not intrusive even though he lives next door and kindly allows flexible check in times and it baggage storage when needed. I would fully recommend.

  Appartamento in zona centrale e attrezzato per soggiorni di brevi periodi. La criticità dei cinque piani senza ascensore è compensata dalla zona in cui è ubicato. Avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo ammodernamento/ristrutturazione

  Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación, no necesitas metro para desplazarte, se puede ir andando a muchos sitios. La zona es muy agradable y con muchos comercios y restaurantes. El alojamiento muy correcto , todo según está informado, sin sorpresas. El único inconveniente es que no tiene ...ascensor, pero ya lo sabíamos. El propietario facilita información muy detallada sobre la llegada y sobre la zona . Muy buen trato. 

  Frank was very helpful, with clear instructions and advice on every aspect. The flat is very central, close to Notre Dame. It has all the expected facilities and was clean.

  L'aspetto positivo è senza dubbio la posizione. Comoda per tutte le destinazioni. Il proprietario è gentilissimo (anche se non conosciuto direttamente) e aiuta sia via telefono che email. Aspetto negativo il fatto che l'appartamento è al quinto piano con 99 gradini da fare, ma se lo si usa ...prevalentemente per dormire, uscendo quindi la mattina e rientrando la sera, non è un gran problema.

  Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung ist sehr idyllisch in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Fünfter Stock ohne Aufzug in einem Pariser Altbau ist okay, finde ich. Die Wohnung ist nicht schlecht, der Preis ist für Paris nicht hoch und dafür ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Der ...Vermieter kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste, wir durften am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bis 16 Uhr in der Wohnung lassen, sowas ist nicht selbstverständlich, Kaution haben wir vor Ende des Aufenthalts ohne Rückfrage zurückbekommen, auch das war sehr angenehm.
