4-person apartment in Paris, close to the Louvre and the Opera

This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed but will accommodate up to 4 as there is an additional double “sofa-bed” in the living area/kitchen. The apartment has central heating and broadband internet access. In the living area there is also a dining table that seats 4 and a television. The equipped kitchen has a cooker with a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge and a dishwasher as well as an iron and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower/bath, a WC and sink. Towels and bed linen are included. The apartment is on the 6th floor. The building has no lift. Located in the 2nd arrondissement in Paris, the apartment is situated between the Opera and the Marais and is in walking distance of the Louvre and the Georges Pompidou centre. It is very well-connected with 7 metro stations close by. On-street parking can be found close to the flat. Baby cot (on request) 40 euros. Before check-in, you should collect the keys in the offices located in the centre of the 10th arrondissement de Paris. The offices exact address will be communicated in the confirmation email that you will receive before your stay.
For Christmas Holidays, from December 19th to January 09th, the minimum stay is 4 nights. If you wish to make a reservation for three days during these selected dates, we kindly request that you contact us to check with the owner if the reservation is possible or not.
