One-bedroom apartment on the Left Bank, Paris

This apartment for up to 4 people is situated in the area of Saint Germain. In 2008 it was completely renovated. It is located on the ground floor of the building. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). In the living-dining room there are several windows, making it a sunny room. It has a TV with a DVD player and free broadband internet access. In this room, there is also a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm).The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. You will have at your disposal all you need to prepare your meals. The bathroom and the WC are separate. Towels and bed linen are provided.It is ideally situated on the Left Bank in a quiet little street, between the lively street “Mouffetard”, the Jardin des plantes and the Saint Germain area. You will be close enough to visit many sites by foot: the Mosque of Paris, the Musée du Monde Arabe, the Jardin des plantes, Ile de la cité and Notre Dame de Paris.Baby cot (on request) 40 euros. Before check-in, you should collect the keys in the offices located in the centre of the 10th arrondissement de Paris. The offices exact address will be communicated in the confirmation email that you will receive before your stay.
For Christmas Holidays, from December 19th to January 09th, the minimum stay is 4 nights. If you wish to make a reservation for three days during these selected dates, we kindly request that you contact us to check with the owner if the reservation is possible or not.
