"I rented a 2 bedroom for 2 persons and they only did one set of bed linens and bath towels/supplies...clearly they ASSUMED we were going to use the same bedroom and bath. Luckily I brought extra blankets, towels, pillow cases.
MOST IMPORTANTLY!! I was NEVER sent info on retrieving keys and apartment access! I had to use the emergency contact info to acquire keys. I also had to knock on a neighbors door at 2130 (at night) to ask them where we were to go. Luckily she new everything (does this happen often?????) TOTALLY unacceptable!
How could it be bad? I did all of the work. I search on site, I find one that's available, I give my credit card, they take my money. All-Paris takes ZERO responsibility to ensure my satisfaction at the facilities. They are a marketing firm with contact with the public and never handle the "product"."

"Kitchen not well equipped. Broken, chipped and mismatched cutlery and crockery. Appliances not in good condition. toaster missing handle. No English instructions on how to use appliances eg washer, drier. Unable to use DVD and sound system. Sound system wires left hanging everywhere. Only two worn, thin bath towels provided for a 7 night stay and 1 very small cake of soap. Insufficient toilet paper. The main bedroom was not prepared on arrival. Only linen was supplied for the second bedroom. It appeared it was expected that we use the second room and bathroom instead of the main bedroom as only the second room had linen supplied. The apartment was stylish and modern however let down by the points mentioned above.
Picking up the keys from another location separate from the apartment is time consuming and difficult for travellers from other countries. Very, very inconvenient especially after travelling for over 24 hours to reach France."

"Ein sehr schönes Appartement. Leider in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Abfluss in der Dusche funktionierte nicht, auf´s Sofa wollte man sich nicht setzen da es unglaublich schmutzig war und mir ist es nicht gelungen die Klimaanlage zu finden.Es ist mir ein Rätsel wie man ein so schönes Appartment in so toller Lage einfach nicht pflegt. Sorry, aber ich würde es nicht mehr buchen!!!Sehr netter Kontakt!"

"The appartment is very well located, in a safe neighboorhood, with a lot of activities nearby yet very quiet. The appartment is situated in a building with a secured main entrance that leads to a little patio. We felt secure and at home.
The appartment is spacious, specially the bedrooms. The dining-area in de livingroom is a bit strange. Dark and narrow with a lot of unfinished cables that appeared messy and a big tv hanging above the table. We didn't watch tv, but I wonder if it was all working and if you could see any of it from the (lower situated) sitting area in de living room. The decoration in de appartment was not my taste (leathery doors and lots of empty bookshells right to the ceiling), further de livingroom was a bit dark.
The kitchen was very small, had no dishwasher, and really reálly disapointing: no usable pans to cook in! The pans were all too old (teflon layer extremely damaged and therefor toxic). So during our stay we couldn't cook a meal and were forced to go out for dinner. With a 5-year old, and the total cost of this trip, we didn't intended that. We considered to buy new pans, but because it was induction, the costs would be too high.
Btw: don't expect anything usable in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, oil: cabins are all totally empty. Cups are cracked by the way and you should be really careful with them: there are only 4!
Further, the appartment is cleaned well in general and 'for the eye', but definately needs a thorough spring cleaning. There are a lot of dirty spots on de sofa, dust in corners and plinths and lots of moldy spots and calc in the bathrooms. Not to mention the mold in de walk-in-closet (apparantely there was a leak upstairs).
And unfortenately one neighboor likes to watch tv untill very late every evening. In the large bedroom you can 'enjoy' the shows he watches very well. He doesn't respond to knocking on the wall.
All together, the appartment is spacious, has a nice atmosphere and a great location. But considering the price they charge for it, in my opinion, it should be perfect. And that is not the case.
We considered to contact all-paris-appartments for new pans, but didn't want to waste possible negative energy over it. It may could have worked out, but we can't tell. If there had been someone in the office when picking op our key, it was more likely to contact them. But the office is only a self-serviced point with safetylockers to collect your key. There is no-one from the organisation around. Btw: keys are only available from 5 pm, don't expect to get it earlier."
