Elegant 3 room apartment in Paris. This 60m2 has been recently renovated (2009) and is made up of a living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and washing machine. The bathroom and the WC are separate.
The apartment is located in a well respected neighbourhood, next to many monuments, in particular, the famous canal of Saint Martin. The apartment is furnished with all you will need during your stay; internet WIFI, cable television, and DVD.
The apartment is in the centre of Paris, next to the Place de la République, where you can find up to 5 metro lines making it relatively easy to get to any area of the capital. You can get to know the city as soon as you step out the front door of your apartment. The boulevards, the department stores ,“Le Printemps“, the Galeries LaFayette, and many theatres. You can easily get to the district of Marais and the Place des Vosges (XVII century), the Louvre and Montmartre.
Baby cot (on request) 40 euros. Before check-in, you should collect the keys in the offices located in the centre of the 10th arrondissement de Paris. The offices exact address will be communicated in the confirmation email that you will receive before your stay.
For Christmas Holidays, from December 19th to January 09th, the minimum stay is 4 nights. If you wish to make a reservation for three days during these selected dates, we kindly request that you contact us to check with the owner if the reservation is possible or not.
