Perfectly situated studio for visits in Paris close to the “Gare de Lyon” station. Situated on the second floor of a building with a lift in the 12th district of Paris, a tranquil area with easy access to public transportation. Ideal for one person or a couple, the studio is furnished and equipped with 20m², maximum capacity of 2 people (1 adult+1 adult ou 1 adult+1 child). . The door and window overlook an interior patio and the studio is therefore very tranquil. The living room has a sofa bed in bed-futon for two people (140x190cm), TV, telephone to receive calls or make calls with a calling card. The kitchenette is completely equipped for cooking during your stay. Finally, the studio has a bathroom with a wash bin, shower and WC. A well-connected studio within a few minutes walking distance from the “Gare de Lyon” station, where there are trains to Southern France (The Alps, The Blue Coast), as well as subway lines 1 and 14 which head directly to the centre of Paris, the Louvre Museum, the Champs Elysées and the RER A and D lines which cross Paris and go directly to La Defense (commercial neighbourhood), the Estadio de France (1998 Football World Cup), or to Disneyland Paris. In the area surrounding the studio you will find numerous businesses and services (bakery, laundry mat, supermarket, etc.) so that your stay in Paris will be as comfortable as possible.
Note: The owner prefers that guests arrive between 12:00 and 14:00 on the first day in order to hand over the keys.
