The apartment was renovated in 2004. The room calls "Senteur d'Afrique", and can be rented for up to 3 persons.
It measures 15 m² has a view over the street. The guestroom is decorated in a African style, and disposes of a double bed 140x190cm,
a single sofa bed 190x90cm, closets and table. Well equipped, the room disposes as a color TV câblée (+ de 300 chaines)
with DVD-Player and a large choice of DVDs for your disposal. The Bathroom is shared and offer you a big sink and a hydrotherapic
shower. Mini frigo, WiFi, ventilateur et même prestations de confort (lit 140 x 190). The continental breakfast is
served every morning in the living room.
In the
heart of Paris, the Bed & Breakfast is excellent
to discover the French capital. In fact, you will find close to the apartemtn 3 different metro lines (in only 3 minutes walking). They will bring you directly to Bastille, République, Concorde, Champs Elysées, Nation
(with the connection to Disneyland Paris) and Châtelet (close to Notre Dames de Paris, la Cité, la Seine and the tourist bots).
Further you can profit from the numerous activities in the proximity of the bed & Breakfast, such as cinema, theatre,
the "Cirque d'Hivers" and a great choice of bars, restaurants etc.
Notes :
The landlady is living with her dog and cat, in the apartment.
You can book a car parking place in fornt of the builiding - the price is 17.55€ / 24h, you need only to let it know to the landlady after the booking.
The owner asks for 15€ extra if the room is booked for two people who don’t share the same bed.
A baby crib may be provided (+10 €).
