This furnished apartment is located in a typical Haussmann building (without a lift) in the 17th arrondissement in Paris and is an ideal option for both business and leisure trips. The peaceful and sunny accommodation offers beautiful parquet flooring, ceiling moldings and a fireplace typical of XVIII century Parisian buildings. Fully renovated by an architect in 2004, the 60m2 apartment can comfortably sleep up to four people and has been carefully furnished with a music stereo, sufficient space to store belongings and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything guests might need during their stay in Paris. There is a double bed (190x140cm) in the bedroom and double sofa bed (190x140cm) in the lounge.

The lounge is divided into two areas; with both a living and dining room. The beautiful bathroom has a shower and independent toilet.

The accommodation is located very close to two metro stops served by line 13 and the RER C to travel quickly and easily to Gare Saint Lazarre, the Champs-Elysées, the Tour Eiffel, the Musée d’Orsay and the city centre, Notre Dame, the district of Montparnasse, and even the famous castle at Versailles.

Although not a main shopping area, there are a number of shops in the surrounding area that provide everything that visitors might need for an unforgettable stay in Paris.

"Lovely apartment with a fantastic kitchen, nicely decorated, lots of books, games etc. Location was slightly out of centre but the streets nearby had lots of shops and restaurants, and the local metro links are very good (3 minutes to local metro which goes to Champs-Elysses etc). The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming, showing us around the apartment, how to use all the various gadgets and technology and even taking the time to talk about the local area, where to eat etc. In all, highly recommended, I will definitely stay here when I visit Paris again. "

"Very nice appartment, but a bit noisy (especially for those who have to sleep on the (uncomfortable) sofa-bed). We missed a microwave, but for those who stay longer and have time to really cook, there is a very well equipped kitchen. Although the 17th district is a nice place to stay, you loose quite a lot of time to get to the city centre and all of the tourist sites if you only have one weekend."

"We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, although during the day you heard some traffic noise coming from the street. The sleeping room (at the backside of the building) was however silent, so we slept well."
