Description
This gorgeous two bedroom apartment is located in the Montmartre district of Paris’ 18th arrondissement, in Rue Barsacq, a street with a village-like atmosphere between Place du Terte, Place des Abbesses, the Montmarte Furnicular and Sacré Coeur. From the living room and the bedroom you will have fantastic views of Beaubourg, the Tour Montparnasse, Les Invalides, the Eiffel Tower and the Arc du Triomphe.

This bright and peaceful apartment was refurbished in 2013 and is ideal for two people, although there is space for three (preferably a child). The south-facing apartment is situated on the fifth and last floor of a building (without a lift). You will find a living room with a single sofa-bed (90x200cm), an office area including a desk, a Wi-Fi/cable internet connection, a flat-screen television, a DVD player, a music system and a telephone (for inbound calls). In the bedroom there is a double bed (140x190cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The kitchen comes equipped with two gas hobs, a microwave, a blender and all the basic equipment you will need, plus some essential products for cooking. The bathroom features a shower and washbasin, whilst the WC is located separately. Towels, sheets and dishtowels are included.

The apartment is well-connected with the public transport network, with the Abbesses and Anvers metro stations (lines 2 and 12) located close by. You can change to line 4 to reach the centre of Paris, or change at Gare du Nord to catch the RER which connects with Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports).

"We stayed at the apartment for a long weekend. The owner of the place had sent us an e-mail beforehand with a lot of valuable recommendations for the area. The contact person that handed over the keys was very also friendly and helpful. He and the owner both offered to give them a call in case of problems. The place itself has a lot of charme, fits the area very well. There's everything you need and the view you have over Paris is just breathtaking. We would definitely go back because we loved both the place and the neighbourhood. Highly recommended."

"Eine kleine, romantische Wohnung mit viel Charme. Es hat alles was es braucht. Die Wohnung ist zurückhaltend, aber aus meiner Sicht angenehm eingerichtet, der Blick über die Dächer von Paris ist umwerfend. Am Hügel von Montmartre, wunderbare Lage. Die Wohnung liegt im fünften Stock, das ist also nicht zu empfehlen mit Knieverletzung oder dergleichen. Die Kontaktperson ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gute Informationen im Vorfeld, vorbildliche Kommunikation. Ich fühlte mich sehr liebevoll empfangen."

"We were very pleased with the appartment, location and information of the owner. We had a lovely stay. We hope to come back in this appartment. Also the information of the owner with regard to parking facilities was good. Thanks! The Vinci parking Anvers is quite near, and suited us well. We do have a tip: inform your guests that Vinci parking doesn't take any creditcards or international cards. You must have (many) banknotes of 10 and 20 euro cash at hand, to pay. They also do not take banknotes of 50 euro. So be prepared. Another tip is, when staying for 3 days or longer, contact before your stay the Acceuil (reception) of Vinci parking. They offer discounts."
